Hi team! When I go in and try to select a different time range on the Workspace area of the Dashboard, nothin appears to happen and I am stuck with the same seven days view.
Ano work around for this? I am very much confused.

I have followed the instructions from the following guides and am unable to resolve an issue after troubleshooting: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847179 When I send a Teams meeting invite to the room, everything functions as expected. The join button appears with the meeting host and the time displayed on the controller. The issue is when I click Join, the controller shows the loading screen for MS Teams, and then immediately exits without any error code being displayed. Can anyone offer any guidance on what I may be doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

We have 2 new Zoom rooms which our vendor is assisting to install. When controlling the house PC to show local content (not in a zoom meeting), the mouse response is about a half second delay and causing issues for our employees trying to present to users in the room. I have opened a support ticket with Zoom and I'm hoping to get a response soon. Any help is appreciated.

After configuring Entra and Zoom for SSO, I attempt to sign-in with SSO from a Zoom Mobile app on iOS. After M365 auth, there is no redirect back to the app with a valid session. I see an option for Relay State (URL) in Entra's SAML configuration page, but I am not sure if that is what I need and, if so, what is the URL?

We have a small room solution with Rally Bar Huddle and Tap IP running on the same LAN (wired). Our Rally Bar Huddle is successfully connected to Zoom Rooms and can start a call. However, our Tap IP doesn't want to connect to Zoom Rooms - afaik in this case it should connect to the controller, meaning the Rally Bar Huddle. The local IP is correct, i.e. Rally Bar Huddle is at 192.168.8.35 and that's where the Tap IP is trying to connect, but the message we always get is "Cannot connect to Zoom Rooms".
We might be doing something wrong but I really cannot figure out what, so any help will be appreciated.

When I go to start new meeting it takes me to Workplace and no one can join my meeting. I am assigned a random number that I would need to send to anyone I would want in the meeting. How come it wont just open up under my account number?

Regarding the requirements of motion sensor for Zoom Room, is a 5 meter distance required for Zoom Room V2.0?

We use our Zoom Room Meeting ID for almost all of our meetings, which only allows attendees to join once the meeting is started from the Zoom Room. We would like to be able to easily switch to Zoom Meetings when it is not possible to access the Zoom Room space, but we don't want to have to change the meeting information for other attendees. Is there a way to utilize our Zoom Room Meeting ID as a Personal Meeting ID for instances where we can not use the Zoom Room system?

We have an ongoing issue where Zoom meetings on an MTR lose video shortly into the call. All audio and video being sent from the room works, but video into the room from the Zoom call will glitch and eventually go to a black screen. We haven't tested yet on the latest 5.0.111.0 MTR update, but wondering if anyone else has seen this or know of a solution. The issue is rectified by leaving the meting and rejoining.
