Zoom Room Alerting Intervals

I am doing some testing to see how often zoom sends out email alerts on an offline room.

Seems like it will only send out one alert after about 7-8 mins.

Does zoom send out repeated alerts for an offline room until it becomes online again? And if so, how often do the email alerts get sent out? From the initial testing, I only received one alert so far. I need the email alerts to be sent on some sort of regular interval.

Like many facets of Zoom, the 'under-the-hood' on Zoom Room alerts is underdocumented.

For the level of flexibility you're requesting, I'd suggest looking into webhooks and creating some automations to continue sending alerts until issues are resolved.

You could also consider using a 3rd-party monitoring aggregator for your Zoom Rooms such as Utelogy - there are several players in this space, but the services are not free.
