I don't know how I got Zoom Rooms and don't really need them. Every time I log into my iMac, Zoom Rooms is asking me to pair it with something an app or something like that. Again, I don't need them. How do I get this off of my iMac? I do not want to have to delete my account and start all over again. Is there an easy way to delete this and stop it from letting me go about my business without waiting until the code appears? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi, as presenter I used to be able to go in and out of breakout rooms real quickly. This has slowed down to up to 30 seconds, which is annoying and slows down the pace of my lesson. How can this be fixed? Thanks!
1. How is CRC license consumed? Do we need a CRC license per room device? Or is this assigned to the user who will be hosting the meeting? 2. We have a Cisco Room Kit registered to Webex Control Hub; We purchased a CRC license and enabled calendaring on the Zoom Portal and assigned this as a resource. is the Legacy Connector still required?

We use Zoom rooms to share content with the screen hanging in meeting rooms and there is no HDMI cable to connect laptops to the meeting room screen, only share via Zoom. Sometimes I want to show a video to the meeting room and my problem is that the audio always plays both on my laptop and on the screen in the room, with a slight delay. As I'm actually in the room I don't need the audio playing on my laptop, it is enough to play the audio only on the meeting room screen via Zoom. How can I share a video into Zoom or play a YouTube video on my laptop with sharing the audio into the Zoom meeting but without playing the sound on my local laptop? I'm using an M1 Mac.

Hi! I have completed 32 surveys, each bearing number 1 to 32. It is important that this order be maintained, that is the survey number 1 has to be the first in the list, etc. Later on, I have made a change on survey no 32, which has been moved at the top of the list. Is the a way that it returns to its place, at the end of the list. Thank You

A company wishes to use Zoom Rooms but has some unique, important security considerations. Today, the company has a PC in each conference room. Their process is for someone to logon to the PC and share content from their profile. This has both security and operational issues. However, they are reluctant to adopt Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms because both the invite list as well as the shared content must be kept 100% secure. Today, this is achieved by having a meeting organizer logon to the conference room PC and they logout after. Next conference room attendee has no ability to see the attendee list or shared content from prior meetings. Does Zoom Rooms have any capability to protect this content, limiting it to only the meeting organizer and\or attendees but no one else?

I cannot find out how to change the time zone for a zoom room setup. There doesn't appear to be any way to set a time zone other than in a user profile which has no impact on the zoom room setup. From what I can see the NUC device displays the correct local time before it flips into Zoom controller mode - all meetings made with the calendar appear in the 'zoom time' which is out by 6 hours. Any advice on how to change time zones on a zoom room setup appreciated.

It would be nice to be able to get the website of the URL we setup refreshed every X amount of time set up in the digital signage option.
I've set up my Zoom Room but the calendar for the Microsoft 365 resource account is not syncing. On the Zoom site when I go to manage the Zoom Room > Basic > Calendar > it defaults to No Calendar Service. Even if I try to manually change it to External Calendar Service, when I go to save it reverts the change and goes back to No Calendar service. I already ran the PowerShell commands listed here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063474#h_01FPDHQDHWB45N6AT1V67VD054 What am I missing here exactly?
