I'm trying to add another google calendar to my list of integrated calendars for our Zoom Rooms.  Google won't let me add a calendar service other than my own.  I don't remember having this much trouble when we first set up the Rooms.  Has something changed?

Has anyone ran into this new issue where a Zoom Room is required a Critical Upgrade, and CANNOT start a meeting without the Upgrade? This also sets the Controller to display only Home and Setting options, and indicates that the room needs to be upgraded.

My issue is why are we not being alerted about this instance? Clearly the Zoom Room is unusable at this point, but no Alerts are generated because the Zoom Room is still logged in and online (I assume that's why).

What I did to resolve this: All of my devices are on ZDM and have an upgrade schedule for Saturday at 20:00 - 22:00. It appears 2 of my 13 Zoom Rooms became Disconnected from ZDM and running 5.13.x version, so possibly that's why they weren't upgraded? I am not sure why the disconnect from ZDM happened, but I had to manually install the newest Zoom Room Version on the machine itself. Once I manually installed the 5.17 version on the Windows Machine, the Zoom Room error went away and I was able to join meetings again.

Is there any way of getting a warning that an unmanaged iPad needs a software update before it fails in a meeting because it's too far behind? 
Is there any way for an unmanaged iPad to update the Zoom Room app automatically? I've got "Automatically install app updates" checked in settings, but they never do.

We're used to AirPlaying directly to our TV, so when we saw that the Zoom Room had Share Screen and AirPlay without changing TV sources we were very happy. However, it's considerably lower resolution, AirPlay to ZR is slightly better but there is a delay and it's quite blurry. 

Is there a way to increase the resolution? Clearly out network can handle it when AirPlaying directly to our TV which is on the same Wi-Fi network. 

We have a client with Neat bar Pro System in his office. The Neat bar Pro is configured to be a Zoom Room endpoint and its control surface is a Neat Pad. The client logs in to the ZR using his corporate account credentials. So the system is a personal Zoom Room.

The problem that he is reporting is that the only meeting invites he see on the Zoom Display are his three recurring meetings. However, on his control panel, the Neat Pad, he can see, and scroll through, his other scheduled Zoom meetings on the Neat Pad.  I must note that the recurring meetings (the three he sees on the ZR display) show up at the top of the list of Zoom meetings on his ZR controller (the Neat Pad).

So the issue is he can never see the other meeting because those three recurring meeting are the only ones shown on the ZR display.

Is there a way to either hide the recurring meetings. Or maybe allow the scrolling on the controller to be mirrored on the ZR display, so that our client is not only looking at the same three recurring meeting on hos ZR display?

We are testing Direct guest Join with our Zoom Rooms. 

We are running into alot of issues when joining MS Teams meetings. Audio works fine but video is very choppy and freezes - External guest cannot see the conference room.  we tried firewall rules but still no luck

we are using X series and G7500's 

Anyone using Direct Guest Join successfully? what are the secrets to getting this to work ?

I have a new Yealink CP965 that is connected to a Yealink UVC50 camera using Zoom Rooms and this is a controller. 

We have the camera mounted upside down due to the physical layout (not my decision). The old phone they had was able to flip the camera but I cannot find any method on this model. There is a mirror function but that is left to right. Any help is appreciated.

We have a pilot room with everything new. Computer is running W11 and everything is up to date. Power settings are maxed out. Zoom Room app crashes every night around midnight. Any ideas what could be causing this? 

Once we reboot everything starts up just fine.
