We are using zoom rooms with MS Teams meeting and participants cannot hear us when using the latest version 6.0.6
We have a Zoom Room with a Poly X52 and TC10 controller. Our org uses roaming profiles and we have a PC running through the X52. Anyone can log into the PC and bring their desktop to the PC. When we are not on a Zoom call, we can share the PC content to the room display using the share content button on the TC10. When on a live Zoom video call, the share content button puts the content into the meeting for all participants. There are times when we need to be on a meeting and see content from the PC, but we don't want the PC content shared into the Zoom meeting. There are also other times where having the dual monitor experience with shared content on 1 screen and participants on the other would be nice too. If we ran dual monitors off of the X52, could we see local content from the PC not shared into a live call or does running it through the X52 Zoom Room automatically share content into the video meeting regardless? I cannot find good documentation that would provide an answer.

Hello, We have multiple Zoom Rooms in place, configured with a Logitech Rally Bar Mini and a Logitech TAP IP. Sometimes our users need to start a MS Teams meeting via this Zoom Room, we have this configured the right way and it used to work great for a while, but now out of no where when users join a MS Teams meeting from the Zoom Rooms the audio is not working and when trying to mute/unmute yourself you receive the error message on the TAP IP that the request to unmute failed. Does anyone here happen to know how to fix this issue?

Hello, We currently have an issue where we are running Teams meetings in the Zoom Rooms. It is mostly working fine, but we have this issue where if a meeting is muted for an amount of time, you are unable to unmute the meeting from the Zoom Room Controller. If you're having a meeting, you can mute and unmute if it is for sure periods of time, but anything longer than a couple of minutes, and we're unable to unmute the meeting. This is be a Teams vs Zoom thing where we are just going to have to live with it?

Hi, I want to know why we have issues launching Microsoft Teams on Zoom Rooms. The Video isn't working correctly and we experienced problems with the connectivity while connecting to meetings. Zoom Rooms is installed on Rally Bar and Tap IP and when we launched Teams Rooms we didn't notice any problems with the network, so we are pretty sure there is a problem with Zoom Application. When hosting a Microsoft Teams meeting, where Zoom is the primary provider, I encounter an issue with the camera freezing. Attempting to adjust the camera settings via the TAP IP also freezes. I've ensured that the firmware is up to date and that both the TAP IP and Rallybar are on the same VLAN. Interestingly, I've tested a Teams meeting in another room and encountered the same freezing problem. The Logitech support team mentioned they've received calls regarding this issue, and Zoom support has resolved it for Logitech customers. Unfortunately, they are unaware of the specific setting changes made on the Zoom side.

I manage a lot of Zoom Rooms for my company, and we experience a high volume of alert emails and tickets anytime the PC is restarted or the App updates. Of course, I go to check each alert and the Zoom Room PCs in question are already back up and running, because it was only "out" for a few minutes. I was thinking maybe there should be an option to delay the Zoom alerts. Maybe do not notify unless the Room is offline for more than 15 minutes. This would cut down on needless office visits to check hardware and we could focus on ones that actually do go down.

I have a few Crestron UC-C100-Z conferencing systems that I manage. They are fairly simple setups with a couple of Aver cameras and a Crestron Airmedia setup for screen sharing. For the most part they have done exactly what they were designed to do. Unfortunately, I have one of the units that is exhibiting some issues after power failure. We have our Zoom Room on this unit set up to always use Gallery View. After a power outage, we are finding that it will intermittently switch to Thumbnail view, then back to Gallery. This takes place over a fraction of a second. Changing any of the view settings will cause this behavior to pause for around 10 minutes, then it will come back. Every component of the system has been restarted and there has been no change in this behavior. The last time this happened it seemed to resolve itself after a day or two, but our current issues have persisted for most of a week. This is distracting to those using the system and something I would like to remedy.

i can successful to make a reservation for hotdesk, and i can setup the hotdesk on workspace and show reserved, but i want to use QR code to check in and get error message " Workspace reservation item is unavailable, please make a new reservation."

Hi, I need help to add all of my personal zoom contacts to the Zoom Room contacts list so they are avilable to anyone using the meeting rooms. We use Zoom's Newat conferance equiment in our office for our meeting rooms and we want all of our company's email acounts to be selectable on the Neat control pad. All the contacts are displaying under my personal contacts but they are not visable on the rooms contact list. I tried t oadd them all indervidualy as user's instead but when everyone recived an email to join, when they followed the link it said they connot join becasue we already have a zoom room licance and we will need to delete the licance first before they can join and they get it again after? is this rearly the only way? All I want is for my staff to be able to be invited to zoom's from the control pads without having to type out there email addresses each time. any help with this would be appreciated
