I have a few Crestron UC-C100-Z conferencing systems that I manage. They are fairly simple setups with a couple of Aver cameras and a Crestron Airmedia setup for screen sharing.
For the most part they have done exactly what they were designed to do.
Unfortunately, I have one of the units that is exhibiting some issues after power failure. We have our Zoom Room on this unit set up to always use Gallery View. After a power outage, we are finding that it will intermittently switch to Thumbnail view, then back to Gallery. This takes place over a fraction of a second.
Changing any of the view settings will cause this behavior to pause for around 10 minutes, then it will come back.
Every component of the system has been restarted and there has been no change in this behavior. The last time this happened it seemed to resolve itself after a day or two, but our current issues have persisted for most of a week. This is distracting to those using the system and something I would like to remedy.
