Hello,
We currently have an issue where we are running Teams meetings in the Zoom Rooms. It is mostly working fine, but we have this issue where if a meeting is muted for an amount of time, you are unable to unmute the meeting from the Zoom Room Controller.
If you're having a meeting, you can mute and unmute if it is for sure periods of time, but anything longer than a couple of minutes, and we're unable to unmute the meeting.
This is be a Teams vs Zoom thing where we are just going to have to live with it?

These bugs are general fallout from the reality that Zoom and Teams are different products managed by different companies and interop is not a massive priority for either, both of which are competing for customers.
However, the bugs do get resolved, it just takes more time than any of us would like.
Let's start by talking about hardware, which is a huge part of this - are you running ZR on Windows, Mac, or Appliance (please provide model and firmware version if appliance)?
