Play recording to outbound call

I have a Zoom Phone - Sales user wishing to play a recording to active call when ever they reach a clients voicemail. 

Is this a option available for this, if so it work with soft phone or require hardphone for button bypass for speaker to microphone.

In computer Zoom application, i can find co-workers name in phone functoin.

But in cell phone. I can not find user by name, could you help ?

Hello,

I have the following problem. [Unfortunately, I haven't really found anything about it here or I'm blind in both eyes - ]
I have an Android tablet (S6 Lite) with Android (13), which is fully managed via MS Intune. An App Protection Policy has been rolled out on this tablet to protect the company data.
I have installed Zoom for Intune so that the app interacts with the Zoom app. So far so good.
I was also able to make the desired settings via a configuration policy. When I want to log in from the app via SSO, the Edge opens as a managed browser. Until then, SSO also works. But when I press the button to start the Zoom for Intune app again, nothing happens.
In the app, under "Data Protection" in "Select apps to exempt", us.zoom.videomeetings and us.zoom.videomeetings4intune are stored.

Does anyone have experience with such a scenario?

Asset uploads don't include a category for Ringtones?

We are in the process of transitioning to zoom phone. I find it odd that we are able to upload custom hold music, etc, and not able to provide our own ringtones to our users. Am I just missing this option somewhere else? or does Zoom support custom u... Show more

Am I just missing this option somewhere else? or does Zoom support custom uploaded ringtones at all?

I am a new customer to Zoom Phone and plan to port numbers to Zoom. The Porting Form asks for a BTN. Our current phone bill doesn't show a BTN. I've asked my provider (Century Link/Lumen) how to obtain one if it isn't listed. Their reply is that I may just have to skip that step in the process. Not sure how to proceed.

I haven't been able to find a voicemail retention policy configuration page.  Also, I haven't found any support pages describing the defaults of a policy.  

Does Zoom Phone have a default retention policy for voicemail messages?  Is this a roadmap item already?

I have the zoom basic plan and the Zoom Phone US & Canada Unlimited Calling plan, and I am looking to set things up for a small team of up to 3 or 4 outbound callers. I would like to setup dispositions for the end of each call e.g. "Interested", "Meeting", "Not Interested", etc. Maybe this could be done through tags as well. It is hard to track the outcome of calls without this. As of right now the zoom phone resets to the dial pad when it a call is completed or dropped. There doesn't seem to be an option for dispositions or tags.

 

I did find an article on this https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065281#h_01FWH54YHPZA20HWHNQKXDB6G6 but cannot find the settings. If this option is on another zoom plan, what is it? Ideally we would like to stick to the basic plan with regional phone and achieve something similar. Can we replicate this with tags somehow if dispositions are not an option? We are not looking to pay a lot of money for a different plan when it is only a small team of callers. Thanks!

Delete voicemail in Zoom client

When a voicemail is deleted in an email client (outlook for example) voicemail is deleted in Zoom. Other phone systems are able to do this I was very surprised to see Zoom is not able to do this.  This is a inconvenience to all users as they need to mange each voicemail twice in two separate applications (The email client and Zoom client).
