Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign BLABLA. Explanation: The web presence is missing a privacy policy/statement and we are unable to review how this customer processes consumer data. -KO

feature request - Auto logout of queue when call is missed.

We all have people that walk away from their desks without logging out of queues. We really need to have a feature that if I miss a queue call, zoom will automatically log me out of that queue. to give more context, this is during their hours of work... Show more

How to route or transfer calls automatically by caller area code or region?

I have two users in Zoom Phone who handle calls from different Canadian provinces. User A only handles clients from Ontario and QuebecUser B only handles clients from Alberta and British Columbia I would like incoming calls to be routed automatically... Show more

I have two users in Zoom Phone who handle calls from different Canadian provinces.

 

  • User A only handles clients from Ontario and Quebec

  • User B only handles clients from Alberta and British Columbia

 

I would like incoming calls to be routed automatically based on the caller’s area code. For example, if the caller’s number is from an Ontario or Quebec area code, the call should go to User A. If the caller’s number is from an Alberta or British Columbia area code, it should go to User B.

Is there a way in Zoom Phone to route or transfer calls automatically by caller area code or region, and if so, how can I set this up?

Inbound calls not ringing

I have tried everything. All the call handling stuff, business hours, etc. Our inbound calls are not ringing and sending callers straight to voicemail.

We have had non-customers call and say one of our numbers has called them repeatedly.  

Most of us here know this is a game of whack-a-mole but does not always look good for our reputation.

My company recently started using the Zoom phone system.  All of our users sync their Contacts with Microsoft Office 365.  

The Zoom Workplace app includes "Company contacts", which appears to be any user with a Zoom account and phone license.  So we have duplicates now.  My users are complaining that when they look up someone in the company on the Zoom app to call, they have two entries for everyone...is there a way to hide just the "Company contacts" directory?

I've noticed that sometimes my calls drop unexpectedly or the audio becomes choppy, even though my internet connection seems fine. Has anyone else experienced intermittent call quality on Zoom phone, and are there any tips to improve stability? It’s becoming a real headache during important meetings.

I have two numbers and two plans. One plan is metered and the other is an add-on basic plan.

I want each number to go to a different extension number but can't figure out how to set this up.

I created a second user account but can't assign the second number to it as it says I need another metered plan to do this.

 

How do I set up the numbers to go to separate extensions?

Can I use the same user and assign more than one extension?

Can each extension have a different greeting?

Zoom for Salesforce Integration (Oauth error for non admins)

Installed the updated Zoom for Lightning  (Salesforce Managed package) 2.16 but every user is getting prompted to connect 

 

Error: "To be able to use the Zoom Phone integration please complete the OAuth in Zoom Phone Settings"

 

When I click that link, it takes you to a "Zoom Phone Settings" page that only admins have access to. I clicked "Authorize from Zoom App Marketplace" and logged into Zoom with my SSO. All looks good for me and I can use the CTI adaptor in Salesforce.


Issue is that every user is getting this error and are getting redirected to an admin only page in Salesforce. I have uninstalled (deleted everything) and reinstalled the Zoom package multiple times with the same issue. We didn't have an issue with Zooms 2023 SF package or previous versions.
