I've been travelling in the last few weeks and my Zoom phone account was shut down 2 days ago due to 1 outstanding invoice.
The one outstanding invoice has been paid.

 

I need to regain access and have the company phone number operational.


How to regain access? Could someone guide me please?

はじめまして。PolyE350卓上機について有識者いたら教えてください。
着信時、国際電話番号が番号のあたまに付くため、登録連絡先扱いとならず未登録番号となり数字表示で着信されます。
(イメージ)
電話機には取引先A(電話03-0000-0000)と登録。
しかし着信時、着信画面が+8103-0000-0000となってしまう。
これを着信時、着信画面を 取引先A にしたい。

Resolved! Use Phone Extension

Do I have to have a phone extension, can I just have the direct call come through with out having the caller dial an extension? If so how do I do that?

Also, can I have the call transfer to another line if I am on a call? If so how do I do that?

Please help.  When a call is made or picked up from just one phone number under my account, it triggers the prompt "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."  I have no call recording enabled on any account, so please don't direct to the instructions to turn off the toggles for recording and ad hoc recording. Has anyone experienced or does anyone know how to disable?  Again, it's only happening on one phone number line.

I've been using a Skype VoiP number as my business phone and SMS for years. After Skype's retirement, I ported my number to Zoom. My phone works fine, but I can't seem to get my SMS working. I get the same error message saying:

"Make changes to the errors shown in the Rejection reason section and then resubmit.
  • {"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}"

I am also getting mixed support by Zoom. Last tech support stated that I cannot setup SMS campaign on a VoiP number, and that I would have to use a regular cell phone number for SMS, which would defeat the purpose of this whole setup to begin with. 

Any advice please? Thanks

Our users have brought to our attention the inconsistency between the Zoom Phone Mobile App and Zoom Phone Windows client. In the mobile app when answering a call you swipe right to left (left to right to reject) and when you answer a call in the windows client you swap left to right to answer (right to left to reject).  This has caused some users who use both devices regularly to mistakenly reject calls and vice verse. Consistency one way or the other for both apps may be an improvement.

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use".

 

All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password.

 

I've tested the default admin password on these phones and it doesn't work, as it should.

 

Tested the non-default admin password, and that works.

 

Not sure what set these warning messages off.

 

They all have the latest firmware version: 108.86.3.1

Zoom Fax Call Queue - Deleting a Fax

If a member of a Fax Call Queue deletes a fax received in the call queue, will it delete the fax for that member only or for all members of the queue? If a fax was deleted in error, can it be retrieved/recovered?

Are there any APIs for Zoom telephone that allow taking full control of the call?
I mean, receive the transcript in real time, regarding what the user is saying, use a Websocket or any method to send that text to an NLP process, get back an audio, and send it back to the user?

 

I have my orchestrator (main API) in full control of all the microservices.

 

Is it possible?
