I can see the fax on my Zoom client when I submit a test fax from my fax machine to Zoom, but I didn't get an email. Is there any way I can receive emails as well?

Why is it that we cannot create a holiday schedule that we can then have all of our AR's reference rather than having to go to every single AR, every year and update the company holiday schedule?
In our previous phone system (ShoreTel/Mitel), it worked exactly that way. Then we only had to update one schedule each year, which significantly reduces the chance of making an error...

How do we add a status indicator button/light to a desk phone or the Zoom Workplace app that shows there is an incoming call to a queue? If this is not possible, how do we submit this as a feature request? The button would also allow users to pick up the call.

Hi all, I am working on developing a Zoom Phone integration with an audio-based chatbot, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically accept incoming voice calls. My goal is to have the chatbot handle the call right away without requiring manual intervention or any additional steps. Is there a setting or API endpoint in Zoom Phone that would allow this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My SMS campaign tells me that because I'm a sole owner I will need further verification. They will send me an OTP via text messaging. I have not received a text message and I assume this is because I don't own a US number. Because the campaign required a US number, I put the phone number that I have just registered through zoom. Obviously, text messaging hasn't been set up yet fgor this number. My regular phone is an Australian number which is on my Zoom account profile. How can I get past this?

In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyone else experienced this?
There also isn't a clear outlier in the bottom sections where it splits it up by device, ISP, and video codec. They are all similar. Our internet connection to most locations was stable all day so I don't think it was that.

I am new and having the same problem... I am unable to call the UAE, Armenia, and Turkey. Says "Sorry, we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling this destination." Is there a setting I need to change, or what?I could call the US, Canada, UK, and other European countries without any issue. I subscribed to the US & Canada unlimited calling plan, $15 a month, and am using the Pay-as-you-go option to call the rest of the world.

My campaign was rejected and now rejected again with the following error: Not finding anything in my searches and not seeing where I can correct this. Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign BLABLA. Explanation: The web presence is missing a privacy policy/statement and we are unable to review how this customer processes consumer data. -KO
