Resolved! Can't use subnet mask with Emergency services/location management

Is there no way to put a subnet mask either /xx or full mask with 255.x.x.x. to tie an IP to a site for e911?

both methods fail when I try.  any tricks I am missing?

Voicemail Time and Date for Message

It appears that when checking voicemail using a desk phone (Poly VVX 450 in this case) the system does not mention time or date of when the voicemail message was left. Is it possible to change this for it to be played back to the user so they know when the voicemail message was left?

 

Time and Date is available in the email as well as the Zoom app, but not when calling the voicemail system.

Why is there a huge space in the quotes " (123) 444-1234)" when exporting unassigned numbers?

Zoom's exporting unassigned numbers by default puts in 3 spaces before the phone number. Why is that? if I need to copy/past this info, having the spaces is going to be a problem. how do you guys get around this. I really don't feel like having to wr... Show more

Zoom's exporting unassigned numbers by default puts in 3 spaces before the phone number. 

 

Why is that?

 

if I need to copy/past this info, having the spaces is going to be a problem.  how do you guys get around this. 

I really don't feel like having to write excel formulas to remove the spaces. 

other option, open in notepad++, remove space and quote and then open in excel, but why?

 

Does Zoom need these 3 spaces if i want to put these numbers into a CSV to assign numbers to extensions, or assign numbers to users?

Call History do not load

Hello, we have the Problem on new Macs (M1) with Ventura that the call history is not reloaded automatically.I need to shut down Zoom and start it again, then the History will be updated. Is this just on our side or is this a known issue? ThanksSteph... Show more

Resolved! Phone settings for internal calls

Is there a way to set our internal phones/extensions to allow to call each other outside normal business hours? Once our normal business hours end, we are unable to call each other.

Is receiving a call coming through WhatsAPP possible in Zoom?

Can a call made from a WhatsApp client be received and answered through the Zoom client? Is the Zoom and WhatsApp interoperability available?

Our missed calls log and call history is not being updated for up to weeks sometimes, this makes it very hard for us as a team to call back missed calls or to reliablily look up past calls/who picked up.

Moving one site into another one

I have a main Corp site Corp-Main, with several sub-sites, corp-fl, corp-ny.  Each sub-site  "almost" has the  same settings for users vm, hold music etc as the Corp-Main. I want all sites to have same settings as Corp-main. 

 

If I move Corp-FL into Corp-Main, will Corp-FL take on all the setting that Corp-Main has?

Zoom phone keeps dropping on desktop app but not android phone app

Hi there,

 

I have a user that is having issue with her zoom phone app. On the mac desktop app, after a couple of minutes on zoom phone, the call doesn't actually drop, but you can't hear her, and she would put herself on hold for a few seconds and then she eventually is able to be heard. 

 

This doesn't effect her android zoom phone app while she's on wifi as well. Both apps are updated. Was wondering any other troubleshooting steps I can do other than nuke her laptop?

Unassigned numbers. Any report to see who might be calling?

is there some report I can run to see how many hits, or who is actually calling my unassigned numbers. we ported over several hundred and want to delete some since we are paying extra for them.
