It appears that when checking voicemail using a desk phone (Poly VVX 450 in this case) the system does not mention time or date of when the voicemail message was left. Is it possible to change this for it to be played back to the user so they know when the voicemail message was left?
Time and Date is available in the email as well as the Zoom app, but not when calling the voicemail system.

It is possible to have the timestamp of the voicemail message read back when listening to voicemail messages provided that the User has their Audio prompt language set to US or British English. It is a feature that you need request Zoom support to enable for your account. See Attached
