I recorded on meeting on 7/19/2021 and found the audio recording in my local recordings. I can't find the video in either local or cloud recordings. I can't imagine that I would have selected just audio. I really need video! Can anyone tell me aa trick to find OR better yet, Does Zoom retain Video recordings of meetings for a period of time even if client doesn't request at the time of meeting?

When I updated the zoom program, the "zoom sign in" pin from the task bar at the bottom of the screen disappeared. How do I restore it? The zoom support has no information about it. Please help.

For the past 3 years I have been playing music in the background on a separate speaker from my phone.... while zooming a fitness class on my laptop. The members have been able to hear me, see me and hear the music. After recently doing an update, uninstalling and reinstall, they can no longer hear my music. Below is how I am sharing. This is how I have set it up for the last 3 years. Please help, I have a class on Monday morning and don't know what else to do. No help from zoom chat : (

I run a music school in Lagos, Nigeria and we teach clients across the world on zoom. Since the most recent zoom upgrade, we have been experiencing a serious degredation of audio with regards to instruments that is threatening the viability of our online lessons. We can hear the speech of our students very clearly but the minute they start to play on their instrument, there is no sound at all. It's like the sound settings are optimised for speech and not for instruments. We have tried adjusting the settings on both our end and the students end so we are not compressing background noise and original sound for musicians is on, to no avail. In fact, switching on original sound appears to make things worse. Weirdly, this issue only seems to afflict laptops but not mobile devices. In my most recent class last night, In my most recent class last night, BOTH my student and I had to connect our mobile phones to the call AS WELL as our laptops and use the mobile for audio. Without that, she could not hear my piano, and I could no hear hers. Anyone else experiencing this issue and how are you dealing with it?

Estoy usando zoom desde hace más de 3 años ... nunca tuve ningún problema. Lo use sin problemas hasta el viernes pasado. El día martes 21/9 al intentar entrar a una reunión no pude abrir mi cámara y me aparece el error No se puede iniciar el video No se pudo iniciar la cámara de video. Seleccione otra cámara de video en la configuración. Cuando abro la configuración ahi la camara funcional normal Al igual que otro usuario anterior, hice todos estos pasos: -actualizando el controlador de mi cámara -actualización del zoom -desinstalar y reinstalar zoom con la nueva version - zoom permitido en la configuración de privacidad de mi computadora -activó y desactivó todos los ajustes en la configuración de la cámara con zoom reiniciando mi computadora portátil -actualizando mi computadora portátil -Incluso contacté con la ayuda del chatbot y nada de lo que sugirieron ayudó. En la reunion no se abre En la configuración si se abre ya Veces En Una Reunión🙄🙄 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 Les agradezco toda ayuda que me puedan dar

I opened my Zoom account awhile back with a gmail. I now have a second Zoom account for a business and I want to NOT have my invites go through this gmail address, but instead the new one. I have went to Profile and edited the email address to my new one; however it will not complete the task getting message saying that this gmail is already in use. However, I still am getting my invites sent from the OTHER original gmail. Any ideas?? Thank you

My customer is getting a new machine. She needs to get all her custom backgrounds off the old and move them to her new computer. Is there a way to backup and restore or export and restore the background
