My Zoom meeting does not have a blurred background option. My Windows is 10 and I have already reinstalled zoom, currently on version 5.16.6. What should I do?

Hi! I manage two differents accounts. I want that participants can join the personal meeting rooms without host being signed in. On one of them participants can join the personal meeting room without host being signed in. On the other it requires that host are signed in. I have checked the security settings to make sure they are the same. I have also disabled waiting room but nothing helps. Is there specific settings that can be made just for the personal meeting room? Kind regards, Fredrik

I've been told i can't get verbal help so i need help please. I have selected virtual background, even downloaded a picture but it remains DISABLED. I do not see what to click on to make a SAVE to keep any virtual background to be my virtual background. I have a I5 dell processor which is suppose to allow me to use a virtual background.

hi - we were just forced to update our Mac version of Zoom, and now, as with previous updates, our music streaming is a mess. People can hear spoken voice just fine, but any keyboards played either disappear, cut out, or just get so choppy as to be un-professional sounding. Anyone else using a Zoom version on Mac where their live music is working? What version, and how did you solve these persistent issues???
I purposely used old versions of Zoom for over a year because of these issues...help! and THANKS!!!

I've just sent a zoom invitation to an important client for a meeting today. BUT, unlike other zoom links that have always been generated (which are about 74 characters long) this one is only 37 characters in length). On the shorter URL, everything from (and including the ?pwd= are not showing up. I did click the link to test it and the zoom window was activated so it looks okay, but his is a VERY important meeting and I want to make sure my client can join. Is this something I should be worried about?

I have permission to use Bluetooth earbuds at work in certain situations, but the stupid earbuds that I am approved to use have touch controls on them (tap the earbud and it gets louder, softer, hangs up, etc.). I do not do well with earbuds, and I keep having problems where they fall out or are about to fall out, so I adjust them to catch them or put them back in my ear, and the next thing I know my earbuds have hung up on the call. This is particularly a problem with a weekly call with a Waiting Room and a Host that only checks the Waiting Room maybe once every 20 minutes. I spend way more time in the Waiting Room right now than I do on the actual call.
I can't de-active the earbud controls on my iPhone. I researched that option pretty thoroughly. However, one day at work I swear I found a forum where they were discussing settings in Zoom where I could shut off Zoom recognizing earbud settings, or at least the hang up setting. I was at work when I found it and thought it would be easy to find again, but I have been looking for months now and can't find it. Is this a thing? If so, how do I do it?

I have a work Zoom account and a personal Zoom account. I created a regular meeting using my personal account for my family (not work related). It works, but when people join that meeting, I'm getting "XYZ has joined your meeting" messages coming into my work email. How can I troubleshoot and correct this? I used Google's calendar to create the meeting and selected "Make it a Zoom Meeting". Windows 11. Chrome Version 119.0.6045.160.

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema, cuando inicio una reunión de Zoom después de 15 minutos se congela y deja de responder, ya probé varias soluciones como mi red wifi, mi PC, instalar y desinstalar el programa, actualizar mis controladores y desmarcando la opción de recibir vídeo en el apartado de aceleración por hardware y nada me ha funcionado. Me gustaría obtener una solución, ya envié un ticket interno y recibí respuesta.

I've disabled message previews (Settings > Team Chat > Show message preview) but I keep seeing bubbles with the messages just above the chat button. How to disable this completely? I'm fine seeing the unread message count but do not want to be distracted by messages all the time.
