Resolved! Zoom-client (deb) - Ubuntu 23.10 - not able to install
Hi. I installed a fresh OS of Ubuntu 23.10 today, I cannot install the Ubuntu deb package due to dependency issues. Will the client be updated to support 23.10 soon ? (I was able to use the snap package in the meantime, but i prefer the deb)Note, selecting 'zoom' instead of '/zoom_amd64.deb'

Meeting duration
All, I have the zoom one pro account. Meeting I host have been cut off at the 40 minute mark. Does anyone know why this happens.
And apparently, my plan does not support any live support....not happy about that.

More descriptive release notes, please!
Please consider writing to your congressperson (or Zoom CSM) to request detailed release notes for all Zoom products. How many times have you seen something like this? ^^ Which minor bugs, exactly?? Please don't coddle your admins, Zoom. We need to know what we're pushing out to users and to be informed on the development of the product we support every day. Most other software in our stack includes a detailed list (sometimes several pages) of Known Issues, Resolved Issues, Hardware used for Testing, etc. Thanks!

Microsoft teams not launching in Zoom Rooms
Hi Team, We have the Microsoft Teams app on the Zoom rooms display. When we press on the Teams app, there is a request to enter a meeting ID and Password . Once entered, the Teams app opens and the Host of the meeting gets a request to Admit. However after admitting, the Teams app closes itself in Zoom rooms. I've read somewhere that this could be related to Firewall as other users have had the same error. Is there a recommended fix for this? Kind regards,

thumbs up emoji popping up during sessions
Hello I have Zoom One Pro. In my sessions with clients, the Thumbs Up Emoji pops up sporadically and neither myself nor my clients are doing this. Is this a security issue? Could someone be listening to my sessions/hacking and using the emojis? Is there a special safeguard that I can click in order to insure security? thank you.

Resolved! help with features in zoom
Hi, I want to conduct multiple sessions over Zoom such that: 1. Only participants logging in using certain email ids are allowed to enter the meeting 2. The entry and exit time of each participant is recorded 3. The meeting should allow around a 120 participants Is this possible to do with Zoom free basic version. If not, please guide which version can do this. Thanks.

Upgrading from Basic back to Pro or Business - can I reinstate my previous account settings?
Hi! I am curious about the following scenario: If I downgrade from a Zoom Meetings Pro or Business plan to a Basic plan and later on upgrade again to a Zoom Meetings Pro or Business plan using the same email address/account log in details, will I be able to reinstate my previous account settings, including all my licenses, add-ons, cloud recordings, contact details etc. or will I start from scratch with a new Zoom Meetings plan?
