What are the options for having somebody else host or co-host a meeting if the host is incapacitated at short notice before the meeting starts?
Thank you in advance

For years I have been recording my pilates classes to my computer and then they convert to one file which I put on my desktop. I download this to youtube and send it out. Recently, after stopping the recording, it tells me that there is another recording converting, so it can't do this one, yet I can't find where the other file that is converting is. When I look at the recordings in my zoom account under local, they are now in two parts instead of one. I am at a loss where to find other converting video and how to get back to my original way of doing it . Thank you in advance for your help. Gretchen

We have just tested the Twine plugin for managing speed networking in breakout rooms which worked well. However, one test user on a mac had no sound when she was moved into a breakout room although it was fine in the main meeting. The other person in the breakout room with her was also affected and they lost sound too until they were moved into different rooms. So , the mac user stopped the sound for both participants in the breakout room but all fine in the main room. Any ideas?

When I share my desktop in a meeting and am using two monitors, do the screens from both monitors share? If so, how to prevent this?
Hi, I am interested in knowing if Zoom's subtitle feature supports bilingual subtitles. Specifically, my query is twofold: Is it possible for other meeting participants to see French subtitles automatically generated when I speak in English? I would greatly appreciate any information you can provide regarding the availability of such a feature, or if there are any workarounds or third-party tools that you might recommend to achieve this functionality.
Conversely, when French is spoken by other participants, can I view the corresponding English subtitles in real-time?
This feature would be incredibly beneficial for our international meetings, fostering better understanding and communication among participants who are not fluent in the language being spoken.

I have the latest Zoom and Android updates. My mic connects and I can communicate with a group once. Then, I am unable to be unmuted again. I have to restart the entire phone to reconnect. I am not the only person with this issue. I have uninstalled/reinstalled from the Play store. I have done the same but installed from Zoom site. Nothing. I cannot uninstall Zoom directly from my phone. I get a Package Loader error. I am afraid that I may need to factory reset my phone - and I really don't want to do that. Something is gravely wrong with either the Zoom update or how Zoom plays with the Android update. Hope someone looks into this soon.

Hello Zoom Community! I've had a connection issue for my Online Zumba classes ramp up again this week...on Monday and tonight. I test my Internet speed before classes which is fine (Usually 50-100 mbps). In the early portion of class, the class was disconnected from Zoom. Then the window connected again in a few seconds. The meeting stayed connected for the duration of class. It had been a while since I've had this issue...but it happens in waves. After class, after apologizing, I asked my class members about the video quality and was told it was lagging a bit. This is another issue the reoccurs from time-to-time. I've googled these issues and have read that other log-ins Internet can affect their Zoom experience as well. It's very frustrating! Have any of you had this issue? Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you SO much! 😊

Buenas tardes, durante las videoconferencias, después de unos 20 minutos, zoom deja de funcionar. Sale la pantalla de no responde y se acaba cerrando. Al volverlo a abrir ya no hay manera de volver a conectar si no reinicio el pc.
He probado desinstalar y volver a instalar.
He comprobado permisos a la cámara y micrófono.
Por lo que veo está todo correcto.
Agradecería la ayuda, gracias

I run a meeting with several participants that join at various times during the call. Is there a way to enable an on-screen message that displays the name of the person that just joined? I do get the audio 'ding' but that doesn't help me because that only tells me someone joined, not exactly who joined. I've seen this on another zoom meeting I was on, but cannot figure out where I can enable that for my meeting.

Cuando ingreso al zoom escucho sin ningún tipo de problema. Cuando la otra persona comparte pantalla, escucho lo que dice pero cuando pone música la escucho entrecortada. No uso auriculares. Si pongo auriculares bluetooth escucho bien pero cuando hablo mi sonido sale como si estuviese dentro de un túnel o cacerola. Quiero poder escuchar bien sin auriculares. No puedo hallar la solución. Agradezco ayuda
