I was just recording a zoom call and my laptop froze 40 minutes in. I have a feeling it was a hardware issue on my end but I wanted to ask if anyone had their computer  freeze on them mid-call? 

I have a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) 19-13900H (20 CPUs) `2.6GHZ, 16384MB RAM

I was running Audacity to record my audio locally (better quality) and OBS to record guest audio externally for safety. I've recorded about six calls on this laptop so far and this was the first incident. 

Hi all. Hoping someone can help me with a slightly complicated question.

I am organizing a Zoom call next month to connect with LinkedIn Live and am wondering about captions. I've enabled captions as the adminstrator, and I understand that allows people on the call to toggle captions on/off.

My question is, do the captions generated in Zoom carry over to LinkedIn?

When I hit "schedule" on the initial Zoom sign-in window, it takes me to a new window where I can schedule a meeting with a client.  However, once I fill in all the info (date and time and name of meeting), the slot where I write in the client's email address is greyed out and I cannot put an address in it.  Sometimes after multiple attempts, it spontaneously opens, but today it is not.

Hi, I only seem to be able to download one recording off the cloud every few hours or per day. I'm the admin and only user (solopreneur). This has always been the case, but sometimes I need my recordings faster. When I click the download button, nothing happens. I have tried in more than one browser. Why would this be?

We are a training school. Our classes are 8 Hours long. We have 1 terabyte of Cloud Storage. I need to download them to make space but I was informed there is no bulk downlaod feature and I need to do them one at at time. To make matters even worse I was alo informed that after 6G Zoom will create a second file. So now we have 2 files for every class which is twice the work to download....and NO bulk download feature. Surely you can see why this is a big time consuming problem. I am sure others have the same problem. can you create featues to fix these problems please ASAP

We would like to run two different meetings simultaneously with the same host.

We try to explain more precisely our issues and needs: as organizators we have to schedule two different and separated meetings; each one will be attended by one or max two dozens of different partecipants: among them, nobody needs to take part in both meeting simultaneously; just one person, identified as host (or co-host), e. g. the lecturer, has to be present and act simultaneously in both meetings, possibly with same audio/video output.

Our current plan is "Pro" but we can consider ungrade to Business or more, if our needs can be satisfied.

Is this possible to do what is described above?

I need some help.  I am a first time Chromebook user and have installed the zoom PWA as it seems my only option.  There seems to be no way for me to set meeting setting like mirror my image and have it saved for every meeting like it does on my phone and PC.  It also is not saving any of the meeting IDs I have used and so I am having to enter those IDs every single time.  It's a real pain.  Is there a solution?  Help is appreciated.
