Is there a Report that would provide Meeting Attendees, with Attendee User Full Registered Name, Contact details (E-mail and or Phone)? I noticed that our Report options for meetings located under: ADMIN > Account Management > Reports > Meetings > Only offers the following options: Registration, Poll and Survey. We were advised to use the following report as a solution; ADMIN > Dashboard > Meetings (Tab at the top of Page) > Past Meetings (Tab) > Enter Meeting ID > Search Is there a cleaner straight forward report available that provides the following in one combined report:

I've set up a number of recurring meetings over the past two years. Until very recently, when I went to the "Meetings" page in the app, each one was listed once, which should be all that's necssary. Suddenly as of about a week ago, each one is showing up on the Meetings page 22 times! I haven't changed anything that I know of. How do I fix this? I'm afraid to delete any of the repetitions in case I wind up deleting the whole meeting. Thanks!

Hi There, This poorly written Zoom KB https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066617 on QoS for Zoom states that to force the client to use different ports for audio, video and screen sharing you need to set “EnableIndependentDataPort”=dword:00000001 in the registry.
However in the section below describing how to configure a Group Policy is doesn't mention any port numbers at all and only shows how to configure DSCP markings for all traffic coming from the zoom.exe.
So I have a couple of questions:
1. If I set “EnableIndependentDataPort”=dword:00000001 what are the port numbers used for audio, video and screen sharing?
2. Does “EnableIndependentDataPort”=dword:00000001 work on the "free" version of Zoom that individuals install manually themselves? I think this might be termed the .exe installer.

I received a notification that Our new SSO Certificate will be issued from the G2 root. As such, we are reaching out to notify you that you may need to add a new certificate to your trust stores prior to Dec 1st, 2023, to avoid a service disruption. I checked my and couple other trusted root folders and that exact certificate is already there without me taking any action. So, is this certificate automatically stored there via windows update? Thanks for replies.

I am currently having issues with rescheduling certain recurring meetings with the Zoom plug-in for Outlook. When rescheduling, I receive the error code "3000". I have also tried canceling the meeting and creating the new one, but when I do that, I receive the error code "4502". This only happens for certain meetings; I was able to reschedule another meeting in my calendar. I am currently on the latest version of Zoom (5.16.6 (24712)).

Hello, the customer service chat had no clue what I was talking about, so I'm hoping to find some help here.
When I try to go live and stream a meeting in a Facebook Group, I select the facebook group option and when I try to type my groups (it happens with more than one) the group name doesn't come up and I get the message:
No Matching Data.
The problem has been happening in the last two weeks, I have been using it for years.
I can't seem to find the issue or the solution anywhere this is my last try before I cancel Zoom and find another platform as I NEED TO be able to stream on Facebook.
Thanks

I keep getting denied access to a particular meeting. This only happens on my desktop. This only happens when I try to join a specific meeting ID. I am able to join all other meetings from my desktop.
