Hello! Does anyone know how to dis-enable to balloons, lights and other annoying things that come up every time I raise my arms or hands in a meeting?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you're referring to 'Reactions' on a MacOS device. These are set outside of Zoom, but will still show up on your camera when using Zoom Client.
