login into a company account

Very basic question, I've invited 2 users to my Zoom pro acount as licenesed users, how do they log into zoom?

Using own mail and password? It's so basic but the users need explaining to! One of the users logged in with the wrong name.

Hello! I'm trouble-shooting an issue on behalf of the church I attend.

We have a paid Zoom account for Zoom meetings at our church. There are 3 users on the account besides the owner.

Recently, one of the users clicked on the recurring meeting link to join the Sunday morning meeting, and ended up joining as the account owner. The owner of the account had launched the meeting already, so 2 of him appeared in the meeting.

I do not believe that this user had signed into the Zoom app using the owner's credentials before clicking on the link.

I do not believe she even signed into the Zoom app before clicking on the email link.

I believe her process was to simply go into her email account and click on the recurring meeting link to join. For some reason, she joined as the owner.

She had not attempted to join by Zoom for months, as she almost always is in-person for our Sunday meetings. Though, I do not believe she had this issue in the past, at least I had never heard of this issue before.

Another piece to this that may help is the email used for the account is a shared common church email that both the primary account owner and the users use from time to time. I believe she accessed the recurring email link from her personal email account, rather than the shared one, but I'm not sure. Perhaps that is what could be going on here?

Any thoughts as to what might be going on would be appreciated. Thank you so much. 🙂

Any insight on why trying to live stream to my FB Biz page no longer shows that page as an option?  It only shows my timeline or pick a group as an option.  Someone in my business world said that FB was no longer going to allow Zoom to connect like that?  Anyone able to help with a workaround or information on what to do next?  This is going to really hurt a lot of people who use this feature.

Hi all,

We have had people who get into the main Zoom without issue but then have a lot of trouble getting into the breakout rooms. We often have participants who have weak or inconsistent Internet and so there is already a lot of frustration. Why is there such an issue once in Zoom for them to get into the room? Is there an alternative or tips for those with a weak connection? Thank you.

On the other side, the Zoom plugin is now visible in the wrong exchange account as well.

How can I change this on both sides.

I can't find any parameters section to update the calendar part nor in Zoom or Outlook.

Since installing current version of Zoom on phone (not the faulty Beta one) I have audio alarms going off every time to tell me a meeting is due.  Can anyone tell me how to switch that audio alarm reminder systemoff?
NB: This is NOT the sound for people entering or leaving meetings.  It is an alarm for a meeting due to start, and I want to switch it off.
Thanks
Mark

For Audio connection for meetings I call myself. In the last several weeks, the first call says connected, but never rings my phone. Then I "hang up" on Zoom, and call myself again and my phone rings and the audio connection works. Why does Zoom say "connected" when it does not connect to my phone? Who is it connecting to if not my phone? Doesn't seem secure if it is connecting to someone else's phone...
