I recorded my class yesterday but for some reason the video file did not get converted to an mp4 file as usual. I ca see the .zoom file in my zoom folder, it's 2.49gb so there's definitely information there. It says "double click" but that does not work.

I have gone into zoom desktop and Meetings>recorded, but the meeting is not showing up in the list o the right had side, for that matter, none of the zoom meetings from 2023 are showing up in the list at all. I have tried the search function, but there does not seem to be a way to get it to find any of the files.

I really need this recording for my students this weekend. How do I open the fil and convert it? Thanks.

So I have a .zoom file that doesn't want to convert. It's strange because I have other .zoom files from other days that when I dbl click on automatically start the conversion process. I don't understand why the 1 .zoom file in question won't convert though, what can I do? I am on a windows computer. I have zoom Version Version: 5.15.5 (19404). There are no error codes, it's just that when I double click the .zoom file nothing happens.

I am a casual Zoom user (two to three meetings a month) and I am trying to get Zoom on my Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9) to work with little success.

1) How do I stop sharing my screen?

2) I can't get the microphone to work and, unlike Zoom desktop, I cannot find audio settings.

3) Is there a tutorial for using Zoom on Android?

Thanks.

I am an IT Tech and I have multiple users attempting to Share Screen using the Mac Zoom App. All users are on the latest update of MacOS Monterey (12.5) and the Zoom.us app is on the latest version as well. When the app is launched and the user selects to Share Screen, the window pops up with the Basic tab selected and the screen options show up. However none of the screen options are showing what is in the screen. They all have a white triangle with an exclamation point in the middle. If a screen is selected and the Share button is pressed, we receive a notification that says "Allow Zoom to share your screen. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy to grant access." Yet when we click the button to Open System Preferences, the window opens and Zoom.us already has the box checked to allow screen recording. Removing and reapplying the setting does nothing. We cannot seem to get it to work in the app at all. It works via web browser, but the app itself will not share a screen. Any ideas?

Filters staying on

Months ago, I played with the video filters on day. One meeting I used cartoonish eyebrows.  I thought I turned them off. I pressed the button for "None" on the video filter menu.  It is still there. Who to fixed.

I run Zoom 5.17.5 on Ubuntu 22.04.4 to attend online lessons.
When I connect, everything is fine, but when the teacher switches between different modes (e.g. by sharing her screen or establishing breakout groups) it has unpredictable effects on my camera's zoom settings. Rather than the nice view of me in my study, it switches to showing a corner of the ceiling, or a close-up of my front teeth. Sometimes a subsequent action by the teacher resets it, sometimes not.
I cannot find anything in the Zoom settings that allows me to control this, and low-level Linux commands such as v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video1 -c zoom_absolute=20 tend to make things worse rather than better.
Is there a simple "reset camera settings to default" somewhere? Or is this a known bug under investigation?

(It's also tricky to Google this given the name of the application)
