Resolved! two licensed users can't be seen
I can't assign two licensed users to any meetings, nor can they log in.
A solution would be appreciated!

When I share a PowerPoint during a Zoom Meeting, I want the PowerPoint to take up 50% of the screen and my Zoom video talking about the PowerPoint to take up the other 50% of the screen. I have enabled Side-by-Side mode, but still no luck. Does anyone know how to record a PowerPoint and the speaker video in a true side-by-side mode?
I am able to achieve this by repositioning the frames, however, when I record the meeting and preview the recording, the PowerPoint is larger and my video in much smaller and in the upper right hand corner.

We are trying to create meetings through the API (via tray.io) that are templated. It seems that you need to use an admin template for this, but it doesn't look like you can add custom questions to an admin template - is this correct? Is there any way that we can create a meeting with a template containing questions via the api? Thanks ant

Hey everyone, hope you guys can help. I’m trying to perform during my live meetings using my interface, but I can’t hear any of my effects and I can’t play my accompanying music either Where everyone can hear me can anyone help me with this? I have a huge presentation in four days. I know zoom compresses everything into one, but there has to be a workaround for this. Do I need an additional mixer or what?!

I am unable to get my external webcam working. I am using a MacBook Air, with EMEET c960 webcam through a HP USB-C dock. MacBook is up to date with OS (Sonoma 14.5), and I am on Zoom version 6.0.11 (35001) specified for the silicon chip.
Built in MacBook Air camera works okay, however when working I'd like to use my dock set up with a plug in webcam via USB. When camera is connected, it works with other applications on my Mac, but not Zoom. Zoom is picking up the webcam on the installed application, however video does not display and I have a black screen. WebApp works okay.
I have attempted the following but this has proven unsuccessful:
- Checked Settings, all looks okay.
- Webcam works successfully on Apple PhotoBooth, Teams and Cisco WebEx, as well as Zoom WebApp.
- Built-in FaceTime webcam on Mac works okay.
- Checked for update for Zoom, Zoom up to date.
- Unplugged webcam and tried another USB port on the dock.
- Plugged webcam directly into the Mac.
- Removed and re-installed Zoom.
- Disabled Antivirus.
- Checked Mac Security settings, webcam is enabled.
- Restarted Application, and Device.
I can't think of anything else to try and have checked KBAs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Translated subtitles suddenly stop working for some users, how to fix the problem?
Hi, I currently use zoho meetings for my recurring webinars. Zoho meetings allows me to schedule custom dates and times and only show 2 most recent upcoming dates on my website (registration page) so people register for the most recent event. I really want to switch to zoom but i cannot find how to do this on zoom. there is no option to schedule custom (multiple dates and times) under one meeting link??? am i missing something... this seems so basic i doubt zoom don't have this?? i host my events twice a month on a Monday, 11am and 6.30 pm. Its not a fortnight schedule because some months have 5 weeks and that only allows for one time slot. Anyone?

Hi team, we run today a meeting on Zoom with 40+ participants. During the session, we got the message that the session was being recorded but none of the admin users pressed on the recording option. We don't know who was recording the session which is weird because participants shouldn't have access to do so. How can I identify who recorded the session so that we can recover the recording? I have two recurrring meetings that I carefully setup that are no where to be found in the list if upcoming meetings AND they are not listed in past meetings. Every Tues at 10am PST for the last 6 weeks there is an impotant meeting. All the history, as well as the tomorrows meeting are gone. If I click on the zoom meeting link it works. The same is also true of recurring meeting I setup for every other Weds. There have been 10 or so of those. They are gone. And no future ones are listed. Brett
They have a definite end date and they are not my personal meeting room.
There is no "recently deleted" to view.
I have the recordings still of the previous meetings, but they are not in the list of meetings.
It appears that no support is possible without paying over $2000 a year for zoom.
So hopefully someone has a clue here cause I'm don't know what do to.
Change the URLS this late in the game for these meetings would be very hard as they are everywhere.

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with finding the cloud recording. The meeting was scheduled by another person, but he made me host. Then I wanted to record the meeting and was suggested two options (computer or cloud) and chose Zoom Cloud option. However, my account is Basic Plan, so I don't see this recording in my Zoom portal, even though I was offered this option. I need to find this video since it was my thesis defense that should be posted to the institute. Could you please help me retrieving the recording?
