ISSUES WITH BLUE YETI. MIC

I D BEEN USING MY ZOOM , ALWAYS WITH BLUE MICS FOR MY MEETINGS AND YOU TUBE INTERVIEWS .  IM HAVING ISSUE NOW WITH THE MIC , ONLY WITH ZOOM , CAUSE IM ABLE TO RECORD USING OTHER APPS OR DEVICES .   PROBLEM ONLY PERSISTS IN ZOOM

Resolved! Zoom Meetings in App shows 1 hour early

In Zoom Web, the time in meetings are correct. But when I check it in Zoom App, meeting from March to Novemner shows 1 hour early (Maybe because of DST). Computer local time is correct and set to Eastern Time.

Little question.

Sometimes when I'm the host in a meeting, and someone else is also host or co-host, our names are mixed up in the chat. For example it would seem like someone else has commented or reacted to a comment in my name, while I know it wasn't me. Is there a way to solve this issue?

We recently made our own setup for the sort of Town Hall meetings.

We have a Rodecaster Duo, 2 wireless mics of the same brand a Logitech Rally camera, and a speaker. We are using a Zoom Room license that runs on a Mac Mini and an iPad as the controller. 

 

The setup work overall okay except that there is one meeting, yes one in particular, where people that are connected remotely have echo when they talk. Interestingly, we have another meeting using the same devices and setup where there is no echo. 

 

Some of the things that I noticed are:

  1. The meeting with echo the first couple of folks that join remotely don't seem to experiment echo from the beginning. 
  2. Once the meeting that has echo finish I have asked a few folks to stay and they don't have echo.
  3. There is a Neat bar that connects remotely to both meetings and one of the meetings they have echo and the other one they don't
  4. The number of people joining to the meeting with echo is bigger (30) than the other one (20)
  5. The controller has the audio and video that corresponds to the right devices
  6. We have setup some custom values for the outputs of the Rodecaster Duo. Where we basically increase the volume of the mics and the volume of the zoom for people that is connected remotely using the virtual output.
  7. The meetings configuration when I look at Zoom are similar one to the other one. However, whenever the meeting with echo starts the camera doesn't turn on by itself. Wondering if the Rally camera is using a mic here and how to check that though with point 1 and 2 echo should be constant.
  8. People that is connected remotely doesn't hear the echo when the location with the setup talk through the mic.
  9. People that is connected remotely have been all mute except for the meeting room using the Neat Bar though point 3 makes me think that it shouldn't be a problem that device.
  10. To stop the echo muting the room with the Rodecaster is enough.

Curious if anyone experienced anything like this or if you have a way to fix the problem or keep troubleshooting. Also, if you have tips to work around this problem in the meantime that could be helpful as the communication isn't full duplex someone has to mute our room to stop the echo. As there are too many people is hard to troubleshoot when all are on the call.

But shortly after that, I receive the following emails. 

 

You have successfully deleted the below Zoom meeting.

Time: Oct 5, 2022 03:00 PM 

If you want to recover this meeting, please go to Recently Deleted . Recently deleted meetings will be permanently deleted after 7 days.

Change or sign-out of Zoom account in Google Calendar

I have a personal Zoom account and a company Zoom account as well as a personal and company Google Workspace.  I mistakenly connected my personal Zoom account to my company Google Workspace Calendar.  

 

When scheduling a calendar event in Google calendar, the Meeting host: shows my personal email address and the meeting ID is the one with my free personal Zoom account.  Signing out of all devices in Zoom doesn't do anything.  I cannot remove the Zoom for GSuite add-on, but I did remove the Zoom extension from Chrome.

 

Where can I sign-out of Zoom's "Zoom for GSuite add-on"  and remove that authorization?

Issue accessing all cloud recordings

Hi, I'm unable to access all Cloud recordings from a specific date. I can access and download 40 of them but there were many more individual recordings from that exact day/Zoom meeting which are not showing up. Any advice on how to find them would be... Show more

Resolved! Zoom meeting using Yealink Meetbar A30

Greetings. Need to know if there's a way to show a zoom meeting using the Yealink Meetbar A30 in portrait mode without having to connect a PC. Using 2 TCL 55" screen TV's (with Roku TV) in our meeting room. If anyone has any idea on how to make this ... Show more

Greetings. Need to know if there's a way to show a zoom meeting using the Yealink Meetbar A30 in portrait mode without having to connect a PC. Using 2 TCL 55" screen TV's (with Roku TV) in our meeting room.

 

If anyone has any idea on how to make this work. TV's are a bit too big for the area so I was planning on rotating them 90 degrees to be in portrait, thus, I want the system to recognize the orientation when we do our zoom meetings.

When screen sharing, clicking share sound mutes everything for sharer and viewer

I was screen sharing one day, we had the show paused for a little bit, when we resumed, there was no sound in my system or the person watching system. Only occurs when I tick the "share sound" button. No sound is shared at all. Worked fine for many months before. As soon as I click share sound, it mutes everything for everyone. Help? Have tried uninstalling and installing, on and off screen share audio. The issue is sharing sound.

Post meeting creation, the sync of the calendar seems to stop.

 

If I create a meeting in the zoom client, it is added to my calendar in outlook. However, if I change meeting details on the zoom client, those changes are not reflected in meeting created on outlook. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Or is it necessary to update both the meetings on the zoom client and on the calendar?
