I held a scheduled zoom meeting today, the AI automatically started the record and about 1 hour in the recording abruptly stopped on its own, I cannot or do not know how to access the first half of my recording.

Question 1) what would cause the recording to stop on its own?

question 2) can I find my first recording somewhere ?

Recently when I screen share I get the message 'your screen is loading' but it doesn't' load!! I am trying to share a questionnaire with a participant, but they can't see it, and we wait but nothing happens. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help, please ?

So I was sent an email with a link to a cloud recording from the task force committee meeting that I am a part of. However, when I click on the link it will open the webpage but tells me you cannot view this recording, no access. There is a passcode in the email but I have found no where to enter said code. Anyone have any ideas???? Thanks

We use GHL as our backend. My boss sometimes gets caught up, and her meetings carry over, so they started this Zoom account for me. When I try to take her next scheduled meeting (if she is on one already), it gives me the option of joining the meeting, but it will kick her out of the meeting she is in. Why does it do that? Can you enter the meeting as an Admin (me) and take her other meetings without it booting her from the one shes in? It seems like my account is somehow connected to what she's doing. I figured she could control the meeting she's doing, then I would be able to take any overflow, but at this point right now, it just pops up telling me I'm in a meeting (which I'm not), and then if I hit  close meeting, it closes hers and puts me into the meeting. What are we doing wrong? is it a GHL problem?

I have set the Facebook closed group when I  set the meeting. But when I enter the meeting and click going Facebook Live it does not give me the possibility to check Facebook closed group, but only Facebook page. But this is not working for me. Can you please advise what to do to start livestreaming in my Facebook closed group?

I have enabled automatic recordings on my account. However, whenever I start my meetings, they do not automatically record. I primarily use personal meetings instead of scheduled meetings.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

hello everyone! Can anyone help me solve the audio/video delay problem properly? I am using, as a setting, the original music (the one recommended for musicians) but still the video comes before the audio even if I do a one to one meeting. Teaching dance you understand that it is not acceptable that audio arrives later than video...
