Remote Control

Help.....I have spent the past 3.5 hours attempting to enable remote control. I have updated my computer to the latest version. The remote control setting will be enabled and when I try it, it still doesn't work. I go back to settings to check and it's turned off again. Can someone please tell me how to keep remote control enabled and how to pin it to the toolbar?

First that make no since because i was available to use the remote control a few mouse ago now I really need it for my meeting section and can’t find it it’s a crucial for me to have it so I can help my client that trash paying something and don’t have all the use you need that’s wasting my time spend one hour fixing this
