If two users are sharing their screens, I can only see the screen of the first user, and when the second user stops sharing their screen, the first user's screen drops until I leave the join meeting and join it again. Anybody else seeing this, or am I just missing the way/option to view the second screen?

I can connect to a recurring scheduled meeting because they’ll show up when you open zoom, but I can’t connect to an ad hoc meeting request sent to me via a URL in email or slack. Clicking on the URL brings up the Zoom window, but it doesn’t launch the meeting.

I'm the first to admit that there's a lot about Zoom that I don't know. I'm able to schedule meetings of my own, where I'm the organizer and I've invited other people - I've got that down. What I can't figure out how to do is schedule meetings for my manager with other people (just him and one other person not in our company). Can some please explain to me in simple steps how I can create a meeting where he will be the organizer and he will just have the one other participant? I will not be part of the meetings but have been asked to set these up. I'm on a Mac, and typically create my meetings through Google Calendar, but I also have the Zoom.us desktop application installed. Thank you so much for any help. John

I am experiencing an issue where we cannot make edits to a recurring meeting or new meetings in the Zoom desktop client. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue remains. If we try to edit the meeting in the web app, we cannot set the meeting occurrences to never expire like we can with the desktop app as well. However, any edits made in the web app also do not work. Are there any known solutions as I haven't found any yet in the knowledge base or the community articles.

Has anyone ever had a white/bright light suddenly appear on their screen during a video call? No one on the call sees it except me. Another time balloons went up on the screen and disappeared. Others saw that. I am not crazy about the white/bright light! Jeileen919

Help help help ! Soon after joining a meeting, zoom freezes then closes. Then reopens on its own. Rinse and repeat, probably endlessly. No error messages. For a while, if I rebooted it would fix the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with latest. I've seen references to a zoomclean file but the links don't work. How do I get this file? This is android.
