Some time we need to demonstrate something with additional camera. Also I want to see a speaker at the same time. How we can do it?

I need to present a slideshow to two separate groups at the same time, A and B. I wish to use 4 monitors. Screen (1) is the PowerPoint to present to group A, participants panel on screen (2). Group B's participants are visible as a panel on screen (3). Screen (4) will be used for viewing the dashboard. I expect to use two computers. I imagine that a dedicated graphics card is important. Each panel will have 15 (ideal) to 30 (maximum) participants. Groups A and B view the presentation from screen (1). Participants A and B cannot see the other group, but can see their respective groupmates. Which Zoom plans are needed, and how can this be achieved? My computers and screens will be side to side. I plan to use Mouse Without Borders, if this could be helpful. Thanks!

Our receptionist is trying to schedule meetings on behalf of other employees. She is able to do this with adding employees to the Schedule Privilege - see below. However when she schedules the meetings it always goes to her own outlook calendar - how do you stop this? You can assign users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf. You can also schedule meetings on behalf of someone that has assigned you scheduling privilege. You and the assigned scheduler must be on a Paid plan within the same account. Assign scheduling privilege to Add No one

Hello: I have had trouble with auto-updates not working. I am not sure what changed, but I used to get the pop-up that something got updated or telling me that an update was available, but no more. For the past few months I don't know there is an update until Zoom freezes. I had the box ticked for automatic updates but on Slow. I am trying Fast now to see if that makes a difference but welcome any thoughts. Thanks!

I can’t share my screen (iPad pro 6th gen) cause of an error code message in regards to airplay is enabled this is after I try to screen share and after clicking the broadcast button.
My colleague made me the co-host, by entering my work email address. However, when I sign into my Zoom account, the Meeting does not show up under "Meetings".
I am using the API to create a meeting for another user who will become the host. I have a paid account. Does the other user need a paid account as well?
I'm noticing that my live video of me is not showing up in the recording when I screen share. I used to be able to see my picture-in-picture video in the top right of the screen. Now, I only see what I'm sharing. Something must have turned off, but I don't know where to turn it back on! Thanks!

Hi there There have been two meetings in a row where I logged in with the meeting ID, user name, password, all requisite information. The page keeps saying "This is invalid" or something along those lines. This is an important meeting with a group that I'm working with in Concord, CA and this is unacceptable. I also find it rude that Zoom does not permit me to speak with a tech support agent when I likewise enter the same exact correct information via phone. I want this fixed now.
