Mac getting heated to 100 degree on Zoom on MacBook Air with intel i5 10th gen processor.

As soon I start the meeting and screen sharing, my cousin temperature rises up to 100 degree Celsius and it stays there continuously until i end the meeting. for meetings more than 10 minutes, the pc hangs completely. very annoying issue. shown to ap...
