It is without tags/not personalized like in a webinar, or like the confirmation e-mail.
We have a few clients affected by the Microsoft noted issue of Zoom meetings going black after a short while. Microsoft states it is a Zoom issue. Is this accurate, and if so, is there an ETA on a resolution?
I am on the board of a non-profit that has a paid account. It seems someone has adjusted our Zoom settings by mistake. The gallery view is so small that we cannot read the names of attendees. Any ideas what was done and how to correct it? TIA
Hi, I really need help on an ongoing issue, due to which I had to leave a work meeting My zoom desktop app says that my zoom is unable to detect the camera and that it should be powered on in my computer. I have tried all the solution on the zoom website and seen to it that each one is resolved. Access to my camera both on zoom and desktop is given. But yet the problem persists. It if continues I will not be able to attend important zoom meetings which will lead to severe consequences. Can someone please help me out?

My Mac and Zoom are both up to date, but whenever I'm in a Zoom meeting, my computer runs painfully slow to the point where my colleagues don't want me to screen share. Apple said it's not my computer, I have fast internet with lots of bars and no one else I know seems to have this problem. Any ideas as to what the cause might be?
