Question

Zoom downloaded on my Mac. Where is it?

I downloaded installation twice, to my Mac. Can't find the icon anywhere. Not even sure I downloaded the correct thing - installerFull.pkg  The icon isn't in my dock, to open.

 

Anybody got any ideas?

    Hello @sendengland, 

     

     If you have a macOS with a silicon chip then you will not want the pkg file for installation. You will want the arm file. If you still have an intel chip then the pkg file should be fine. After installation if you go into your finder window you will find the Zoom app in the applications folder. Ill show a screenshot of mine. I also have a macOS computer with a M3 silicon chip, so I will guide you if you are still having issues.
