no ringtone when people are calling me on zoom
whenever people call me it is silent and i have tried to find where ringtones are and cannot find them. Have been to audio settings and clicked on notify me when someone calls etc

for several months now, when I watch my recordings it is not in side-by-side mode. However, during the course/zoom meeting, the side-by-side mode has always been activated and I even see that the shared screen on the left and the video of the speaker on the right right... but after the meeting has ended, when I tried to view the recording, I have noticed that the head of the speaker no longer appears at all and all one can see is his shared screen . I have tried everything: pinning the speaker's video , highlighting the speaker's video for every participants.. but nothing works. the recording is set so that it is "shared screen with provider display mode". I would like to point out that I have been using Zoom for several years and that this is the first time that this has happened to me but now this problem has lasted since January/February 2024

Without any known changes in my computer settings i am unable to control whether the meeting is recorded onto cloud or computer. IT happens when i join someone else's Meeting room which i do frequently. He makes me co host so i can record onto my own computer as opposed to his icloud. When i am made co host and i press record, it automatically starts recording without any function to choose where to i. e cloud or local. Other people using this person's meeting room do not have this problem. And i did have control on where to record until recently. So i suspect its a setting issue on my mac but i am not sure where even to look on my mac. Any advice much appreciated.

It is utterly irritating that Breakout Rooms and Chat are not visible in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, becasue the space is taken up by weird and to me rather useless additions such as AI, summary, apps, notebook ... But chat and break out I use all the time and they are hidden behind the three little dots at the right hand bottom of the toolbar. Anyone knows how how to get around this?

Hello, my video screen keeps going white. Sometimes after about 10 minutes my image appears but then it might disappear again. Can anyone tell me which settings I need to change to resolve this issue? Many thanks!

Hello, there are "chat" meetings scheduled on my app. I did not create them and there is no way to manually delete them. I don't know what they are, why they're there, or who added them to my schedule. I tried uninstalling the app on my Mac desktop and then installed a fresh Zoom app. They showed up there as well! How do you get rid of them, please? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

how come I cannot change meeting volume any more with volume buttons on the ipad? there does not seem to be any way to adjust volume at all. what can I do? thanks

when downloading zoom webinar replays im only accessing 3 files on my account however on my clients theyre getting 7-8 which is what im after is there a subscription that allows this or is it a setting ?
