HELP with adding a co-host!

Hello all! I need your help with the following, I am the Zoom account holder and host of a very important meeting tomorrow - Wednesday 14th of August at 12pm EST.

I've tried to assign a co-host because I am in the Caribbean right now and we are under threat of a tropical storm and I might lose power.

I am trying to assign to "EDIT" the meeting and add my friend, but I get an error message saying: "Unable to assign XYZ.com as an alternative because the user cannot be selected at this time."

Can you help please?

@AnnaOC - a co-host would only be able to be assigned once the meeting has started, and the alternative host (which you were trying) has to be in your account, or in an account associated by an organization if allowed by your account.
