We want to require SSO for our Users, but we have a few accounts that are used by Departments to host Webinars, so they use a shared email address for hosting.

We want to allow those accounts to sign in with email address and password, but all other accounts to require SSO.

I cannot figure out if this is possible and how I would go about setting it up.

I have SSO set up and configured, so that is not an issue.

This will not apply to everyone, however if you have MSI afterburner installed for overclocking, RivaTuner usually comes with it.  The issue is that RTSS will try and monitor Zoom, causing it to crash!  I found that you can add an exclusion to RTSS to stop it from monitoring zoom.  The way this is done is by opening RTSS holding shift while clicking on ADD.  Make sure you have the applications check marked (they must be open) that you want to exclude.

I am trying to schedule meetings on my employer's Google Calendar. Whenever I try to schedule a Zoom call, it shows me as the host, she cannot join unless I start the meeting.  I don't want to be the host, I need them to be. If I go back and add her as an alternative host on the zoom website after I create the meeting it creates a new events and sends it out to everyone again. How can I fix this so that I can schedule her as the host? I have scheduling privileges, though on my google zoom add on she doesn't show up on the side bar, it only has my name and email.

In a Zoom meeting recently, I minimized the window that was displaying someone's shared screen, and Zoom prompted me to ask whether I wanted to disable the setting that automatically displays the shared screen window. For that meeting, I decided that would be really helpful, but as soon as I clicked yes, I realized that I was changing that setting permanently, not just for the meeting. Sure enough, now when someone shares their screen, I have to select the window from the ribbon at the top manually, and I'm missing the automatic display. I've gone through my settings in my online Zoom account, and I didn't see an option to reset this setting. When I search through the FAQs, all I see are ones troubleshooting sharing a screen, not viewing a shared screen. I've looked through all the settings I can find on the desktop app too, and I haven't seen anything that appears like it would reset this setting for me. Please help!

Hi Team,

I would like to know if Zoom currently supports an interactive transcript feature that allows users to quickly locate video timeline by clicking on a specific sentence of the transcript while watching meeting recordings.

If Zoom already has this feature, how can it be utilized? If not, is there a way to achieve this functionality?

Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Is it possible to host a meeting through my account (Pro Plan), transfer hosting to a co-host as it starts and then participate in another simultaneous Meeting of a different Zoom account?
Both Meetings will be running in parallel.

I have searched related articles, but none refers to the question of parallel meetings as host:

Thanks for your quick assistance 🙂
