Downloading/Audio problem

Hello, I am trying to download audio files from my Zoom meeting. I had checked off the record particpate's audio files separately but in the end, the cloud recording only gave me a singular video with both merged. I need it separated or fine the audio tracks only. What is going on and why is it so weird?

I have just checked I can not record locally at all for some reason. What is going on
