Greetings, i have had this type (in such format) of a link on a meeting.

I know that us05web.zoom.us is normal thing. But this ".1" seem unreasonable. Especially a fact, that i can enter the conference without that fragment.

Can URL schemes and post-attendee be used for malicious attacks? And what is their type? Especially if someone knows my network data (IP, etc).

At work I often go through multiple iterations of trying to click a link from slack or outlook to join a meeting and it asking me to sign in, then cycling around asking me to sign in again or I am signed out or need to now type in the meeting id. Menatime multiple instances of Zoom are started. I eventually get in. If tried signing in using my username and password, I've tried sso sign in. It's all a mess!

I'm on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04) btw.

I made a screen recording show this. Since you don't allow me upload a video you'll have to go to https://defaria.com/tmp/Zoom.mp4 to view the video. Note the video will be deleted in 7 days from now.

Customizable Zoom Toolbar for Host??

How do I prevent the "Host Tools" from disappearing from the Toolbar when I share as the host in the Zoom Workplace app?  It seems all customization changes once one starts sharing.

Customise Zoom Menu Bar

Hi, how can I change the order of the icons in Zoom menu bar so that Chat and Record icons show on the bar without having to click on "More"?

When I conduct a meeting, there is an icon at the bottom of the screen called Participants that shows the list of active viewers in the meeting room.  This list is pinned to the side of the view screen and maintains its size and location throughout the session.

I accidentally unpinned the list from the side of the view screen.  Now, the box is of small size and doesn't fill in the empty space.  How do I pin it back to the side of my view screen to keep a constant size?

Hi all. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to view meeting participant video in gallery view while I am sharing my screen? I want to view both the shared screen content and the video of participants at the same time, and it seems the only way to do this is with floating thumbnail videos? The problem with this is that the floating thumbnails block the content I am sharing. I want both the shared content and the participant video to be present during hte meeting, but also to show up on hte recording.

Does anyone know if this is possible with the free, Basic version? And if it can be done without using two screens? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I can't seem to figure out how to move participants into breakout rooms and back into the main room in any easy way.  We run a large meeting where cameras are required to be on for all participants. I am trying to forcefully move anyone who has their camera OFF into a breakout room, where one of our staff will be waiting there until they turn their camera back on, at which point they'll be sent back to the main room.

At no point in this should the participant themself have control. I want to force move them into the breakout room and then back to the main room. How can I do this?
