Is there a Method of voting during a meeting
Hi,
Is there a way to vote, and secret vote, during a meeting on zoom?
It's to use during an AGM, any help would be appreciated

Hello, I have a Zoom Pro account and I need to do a recorded Zoom session in which I moderate a discussion between two people. How can I make sure that the recording shows all three of us in HD (i.e. 720p)? I found a page on the Zoom support menu that said that for 3 or more participants, I need ‘Group HD enabled’. How exactly do I enable Group HD? What is a group? Do I need to create one and put the two participants in it?
There will be some times when I want just the speaker full screen, some times with the two participants and some times gallery view with all three of us.

Hello, I have a recurring meeting set for every Monday @ 9 am EST. I can locate this meeting on my iPad under "upcoming meetings" and on the bottom it appears under "recurring meeting." However, I am not able to locate the same meeting when I open the zoom app/icon on my MacBook air. If I log into us.zoom, I am able to see it. Please help. Thank you in advance.

I use two monitors connected via HDMI and a SELORE hub to a Lenovo Thinkbook. When in 'regular' meeting (no rooms, typically 1:1 but sometimes 1: many, typically with screen sharing but not always) the session often momentarily cut out. The Zoom connection is maintained, both monitors go blank and neither party can hear each other. After about 5-10 seconds the monitors return, but in Windows' timeout' mode. I enter my Windows PIN and I'm back in the session, but I need to turn on my camera. I'm running Windows 11 (2024-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5034467 and 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765)) and and Zoom client version 5.16.10 (26186). It's not a hard fault, there's no predictability, sometimes it happens early on in my working day,/early in the Zoom meeting, sometimes, it doesn't happen at all, and sometimes in between! It's been happening for 9 months and I've finally 'had enough'! I've also an important presentation coming up in 3 weeks and I don't want it cutting out during that. The problem does not occur when I'm running the laptop either using its own monitor or a single external one. The problem also occurs when using a different hub, eiQGraphic Card USB Docking & Charging station. Any ideas for a fix? Many thanks

I teach online language courses and will be on vacation for 3 weeks. I have asked a colleague to teach for me whilst I am away. How do I enable her to use my Zoom account for the 3 sessions that I am away. She does not have an account but I do? Is it sufficient for me just to give her the log on details for the class that I give to the other class participants? Will this enable her to use features such as screen sharing and recording the sessions etc?

I clicked a meeting ID link on a web page. On my laptop it said the host was notified and it stayed that way for an hour. I also tried joining the meeting thru the app, same thing. I thought the problem was with them, so I let it run. Finally I clicked the same on my iPhone and I got right in.

I want to increase the number of participants to a meeting from 100 to 300 on 9 May 2024
Hello. I'm just scheduling a meeting and there is no field where I can enter meeting information (instructions, meeting objectives and pre-read requirements) before I send the meeting invite. Can anyone provide instructions on where I can enter this information? (for information, and not to distract from my question above, I have set up hundreds of meetings in Zoom over the last 4 years all with the same meeting information which I cut and paste into the field, the field must have disappeared in the last 2 weeks?)

i am in search for a way to get all the Zoom Clients down to version 5.16.10 for Apple Macintosh M1 and Intel CPU Devices.
On the Download page i cannot see anyway to get older Clients to download. Only the latest.

when i'm on zoom now (just in the last 2 months or so) i can see other participants and they can see me, but i can't see me. Prior to that I had no trouble. I've been using zoom since March 2020
