Missing room

Can't find anymore a recurring room that finished its period. I still can acess it with the ID, but can't find it to change the recorrent date. How can I solve it?

Hi, I've been using the same meeting-id for a monthly meeting for a couple of years, and I use copy/paste to publish the link, the meeting-id and the password for attendees every month. I also use the link to join the meeting myself. I believe it was originally a recurring meeting, but I can't find a way to access the meeting configuration, or set up a new schedule, either in the app or through the web page. It also doesn't show up in the Previous Meetings list, presumably because it hasn't been scheduled recently - we all just click the link at the same time each month.

This isn't really a problem, because as long as the link works we don't need to change anything. But I'd like to know if there's a way I can recover the meeting configuration and set up a schedule, so that it shows up in my meetings list. I don't want to change the meeting-id, because the link is well-known.

Can anyone please tell me if I can re-activate the meeting and configure it? Thanks for any help!

- Jem Treadwell

This has happened several times to me, but only under the following circumstances.

I am on a one-to-one call; I am not the organizer of the call.

I am using Zoom Workplace.

I connect from my Mac Mini and I am running OS Sonoma 14.4.1.

I am using an external microphone and my internal speakers.

During the call my external microphone will turn off because my iPhone 15 pro max has grabbed the setting.

I have had the iPhone ask me if I want to connect and I have always answered disconnect.

It still grabs the microphone, and when it does, I can't be heard by the organizer.

I have finally had to turn OFF my iPhone during these calls.

I'm sure it's a setting but I am not sure whether it's on the Mac Mini or my iPhone.  Also, so far, this is the only meeting where I have had this problem.

Does anyone know what the solution is?

Every day/night Zoom drops 3 - 5 desktop shortcuts on my windows laptop. This just recently started happening.  I'd think it was a Windows problem but Zoom is the only app that keeps appearing and it will just keep adding a shortcut every so often.  This morning there were FIVE.  I delete them every day and every morning, they are back.  It's really annoying.  Has anyone seen this?  Anyone know how to stop it?

Adding Other People's Meetings to My Zoom Schedule

Is there a way manually, via API, or otherwise to get that meeting added to my zoom schedule so I can easily click to join it from the zoom app.

Changing User Type - impact to scheduled meeting

If I scheduled a meeting as the owner/basic, then afterwards changed that user type to owner/licensed, will that meeting still be limited to 40 minutes?  Or do I need to schedule a new meeting?
