Thank you for your response. It would be extremely helpful if the host/co-host could screen people (at least make them turn on their camera and introduce themselves) IN THE WAITING ROOM before actually admitting them to the meeting. We have a WOMEN'S AA meeting daily. Almost every day bombers use a woman's name with camera off to get admitted into the meeting. Once they are in they turn their camera on and say & do terrible things for all to see and hear. If we could catch them in the waiting room it would be SO much better!! We do not want to make the meeting private because we want to help alcoholics who need a meeting. Screening in the waiting room would be a beneficial addition to the zoom platform.

We recently upgraded our Outlook plugin to ver 6.1.0 and people are reporting that email invites that are generated from Outlook no longer include the "Join by Telephone" numbers/options. I uninstalled ver 6.1.0 and reinstalled ver 6.0.0 and the invite is now showing the "Join by Telephone" numbers/options.

The main reason why we had to upgrade to ver 6.1.0 was because of the Outlook crashing issues with ver 6.0.0

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit latest version on a PC. Lately, during Zoom meetings, I find I can no longer drag and drop the individuals in the Gallery to change their positions with respect to each other, i.e., they remain in whatever position they were in when the meeting started. I'm using latest Zoom version and am one of the participants, not the meeting convener. All the other participants can drag and drop. I can drag and drop when connected via a Win 11 laptop. Ideas?

Sorry if this has been resolved. But whe I set a meeting in the Zoom app and it automatically asks me to send the invite to my Outlook Calendar on Mac, and I email someone the invite from the Outlook Calendar invite that Zoom has created, my client does not receive that invite. 

I have to cancel Zoom's alet to send the invite to Outlook Calender. I then must manually set an Outlook Calender invite in the Outlook calendar, then copy and paste the Zoom invite details into the body of the Outlook Calendar invite I have manually created, add their email/s and send, then they receive it.

Anyone have this issue and is Zoom able to fix this or is there a work around? Not the most convenient way to operate. Thanks

I don't see any indicators for an update. I assume my version is the current one and there is no process listed to check for current zoom version.

When creating breakout rooms, Automatic and manually assigned shouldn't allow people to choose from existing breakout rooms. In my app version of zoom and in my browser version of zoom, participants are able to chose breakout rooms freely without restriction. Event when "Let participants choose room" is not the option chosen.
