Hi there. I created a zoom to meet with my director today, but when she came on the call, it showed our owners name. She said that everytime she creates a zoom, it shows her name, but when anyone else creates a zoom and invites her that it shows the owners name. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? How could I make one meeting with no date, and use the 1 generated access link and share
Last night we had a divorce support meeting. usually we have 30+ people in our meetings. This has never happened (doing this for over 3 years) but there were a few people that joined that were mocking the other people as they shared their situation. We booted them and they joined with a new name. It took a while for the host to figure out who it was again before they were booted again. I've looked through all of the settings but haven't found a way to block people permanently. I did change the settings that if we are recording it will save out each person's audio so we can go back and find the people that were making the noises or mocking others. Any other suggestions?

Hi there My friend is using a Macbook Air Intel Core i3. She doesn't have a physical green screen. If she chooses "I have a green screen", the virtual background will show up on her face. If she unclicks "I have a green screen", she won't be able to add any virtual background. Can someone help???

I use the cameras on an iPad and a laptop in the meeting. Control of the meeting is on the iPad. I want to switch control to the laptop. How do I do this?
