Hello!  I have a single-user Pro account. I host a 2-hour weekly meeting and would like to share the hosting duties. When I'm unable to host, I either need to quickly provide a code to someone or sign in and make them the host. This is challenging, esp. if I'm traveling. Any suggestions that won't cost $? TIA!

Schedule meeting with client in different time zone

A client is moving to Switzerland which is 6 hours later than my time EST (1pm EST = 7pm Swiss).  Do I simply schedule a meeting to start on EST day/time?  How do I make the meeting invite specify the meeting date/time in both locations? 

Adding a Background

I can't add a background to Zoom, only delete it. There's an X in to top right of every Zoom background. Can anyone help me?

Where is the setting to allow all regions to connect to my personal meeting room?

People in regions outside the US cannot connect to my personal meeting room.  Zoom's FAQ are not helping, and ChatGPT's guidance for me to click on a setting in the Account Management tab does not match the current UI design of the Zoom preference section.

 

I have a Pro Zoom Plan.  Where is the configuration setting to allow all regions to connect to my personal meeting room?

Hi all.

 

I am a member of a large group. We have roughly 11 meetings each week on one Zoom account, each meeting has its own host. Recently we have been having some issues with the hosts trying to sign in. They sign and see that there is a meeting in progress; the schedule seems to have disappeared and sometimes the meeting just ends abruptly and we have to start the meeting again! We were wondering if someone could be messing around here! My question is this: Can someone come on to a meeting and claim the host using the host key without anyone knowing? Without the person being identified? Thanks in advance

is it possible to get the meeting transcript realtime using api?

so using the api, i want to start meeting at a certain time and every 5 minutes i want to send the transcript diarized to a text file.

i want to benefit from the zoom automatically diarizing conversations

is this possible?

Using my Pro account I normally send Zoom meeting invites using Outlook calendar invites.  Is there any way to do so without showing to each invitee all the addresses of the other invitees?  If I can't do it via an Outlook invite, is there a way to do it using another method such as an invitation generated from my account on the Zoom website, or some other way?  Thanks.
