We have Live Streaming to Youtube enabled in our profile, but about 2 months ago Live Streaming to Youtube stopped working.  We receive the following error message with trying to live stream to Youtube.  "Please grant necessary privilege for live streaming"  We have verified that this is enabled in our profile as well as the user account.  We have toggled this feature on and off, but have not been able to resolve the issue.  We are able to go to Youtube and live stream without any issues.  The problem appears to be an interface issue between Zoom and Youtube.  Is anyone else having this problem?  If so, have you been able to resolve it?

Is there a real way to stop zoom from turning the volume up when entering a meeting?Disabling the "Automatically adjust microphone volume" box does noting, all things are exactly the same with that box checked, or not.This is a very inconvenient litt... Show more

Disabling the "Automatically adjust microphone volume" box does noting, all things are exactly the same with that box checked, or not.

This is a very inconvenient little bit of control zoom holds, please guide me

can a tablet's keyboard use push to talk?

A frequent ambient-noise offender uses a spouse's iPad. Can one who is self-muted push to talk via either a tablet's touch-screen keypad or a connected physical keyboard?

zoom freezing

My zoom keeps freezing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've had a computer tuneup to fix any possible corruptions. Still the same issue. Just random "not responding". Before meetings. Signing in. During meetings. Etc... Anyone experience this? I'm... Show more

No Volume Slider!!

I'm running on A Samsung Galaxy tablet. In Zoom meetings, the volume is almost impossible to hear. I have boosted the tablet to the maximum volume, but nothing seems to happen. And when I go to Zoom Audio Settings, there is NO Volume slider!

Need all licensed users in a group to be able to start a Zoom meeting

I've got four people that routinely host training and demo Zoom meetings. When meetings are scheduled (Calendly) only ONE person is designated as host, and no one else can start the meeting. HELP?

the feature of locking a meeting seems to have disappeared with the new "Zoom workplace" redesign

As of 4/16/24 it seems as though the feature of locking a meeting seems to have disappeared with the new "Zoom workplace" redesign. Has anyone else noticed this and/or found a new way to lock your zoom meetings?

Local recording not found

This morning, I recorded a Zoom meeting locally. The initial recording was interrupted, so I stopped recording. Then, I began a 2nd local recording. When I closed the meeting, I received a "recording failed to convert" message. I am now only able to ... Show more

This morning, I recorded a Zoom meeting locally.  The initial recording was interrupted, so I stopped recording.  Then, I began a 2nd local recording.  When I closed the meeting, I received a "recording failed to convert" message.  I am now only able to find the initial, interrupted meeting recording in the remote default folder on my computer.  I was able to convert this file manually.

 

My Zoom version is 6.0.2.  The Zoom session included a shared video in a split screen with a deaf interpreter.  Is there a reason that the 2nd recording would not be in the default folder? 

 

I did find a cloud recording that includes only the shared video.  Though I was sure that I used the record to this computer button, is it possible I accidentally record to the cloud?  If so, I don't understand why I would have received the failed to convert message when I closed the meeting.

One of my students is having a problem when I screenshare. I'm sharing a slide set and one student's screen is not getting refreshed. His view is about 4 or 5 slides back. After a long period of time (10 - 15 minutes), his screen view finally catches... Show more

One of my students is having a problem when I screenshare.  I'm sharing a slide set and one student's screen is not getting refreshed.  His view is about 4 or 5 slides back.  After a long period of time (10 - 15 minutes), his screen view finally catches up.  He is using an iPhone 7 and he said that he doesn't update his OS all the time because it has caused problems in the past.  I would imagine if I stopped sharing and reshared, that it might fix it for him, but I don't want to have to do this after each slide.  Any ideas?
