I have always found zoom really helpful in setting up a reoccurring meeting for my clients. However, something has changed and I can no longer do this so have to send out a new link each week for each session. Why can I not send reoccurring links anymore? It used to have a setting of anytime but that no longer seems to be an option? If I tick reoccurring then my scheduled meetings box now shows every meeting which is messy.

HI there I am an online wellbeing studio and I use Momence to integrate with Zoom. Zoom automatically sends out the links to class recordings once they have been taught - but for some reason its not happening. I have approached Momence but they said it's all fine their end - it's zoom's issue. I can't access chat with a real zoom support person so Im coming here for help!! Anyone any ideas? its been working for two years - and now it's just stopped - but I don't even know where to begin. any help much appreciated x

I have had continued struggles using Zoom on my Google Lenovo Laptop. I regularly have lagging and disconnections when on my calls. I have upgraded my wifi, purchased a booster and attempted a variety of troubleshooting to no avail. I have attempted to use the PWA app, however, this often leads to faulty messages popping up saying the app is not working. I have uninstalled and installed the app several times, again to no avail. The web browser also has lagging issues and disconnections, including when I am just on myself to record a video. I have attempted to add an extension to my browser, again to no avail. As an aside zoom works perfectly on my phone so I do feel it likely that it is linked to a setting on my laptop. This is becoming very frustrating (as I rely on Zoom for my business) so any support to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any guidance!

I scheduled two meetings (review sessions) with my class, both were set to record. My camera light was on for both and I checked on the first one that it was indeed recording to the cloud. Each meeting lasted about an hour. I now have a variety of recordings, but all of them are under a minute long. They all just include a single student (who were not sharing video). Also, I keep seeing that individual students join the meeting long after it is over, stick around for a few seconds and then leave. Then I get a notification that there is a recording ready. I do not understand what is going wrong. I just want to share the recorded review sessions with my students.

Здравствуйте. Я начинаю конференцию с видео, но там только значок перечеркнутой камеры. Камера встроенная в ноутбук, работает, вижу. Что это может быть?
Thank you, in advance, for your help, fellow Zoomers. Vincent Martin
I have edited my meeting description in Account Management/Account Settings, and saved the changes, but they do not show up in the waiting room screen. i have tried to log out and log in again, but to no avail.

I had Zoom 5.17.1.1840 running fine on my Fedora 38 system with MATE desktop. I had to update to 5.17.11.3835 today, and now the "View", "Security", and "More" menus in Zoom no longer work. There's a brief flash when I click on those menus, but the menu never shows up. Poking around in the log file, I see things like this when 5.17.11.3835 is running: file:///opt/zoom/QtQuick/Controls/Styles/Base/FocusFrameStyle.qml: No such file or directory Qt Quick Layouts: Detected recursive rearrange. Aborting after two iterations. There are no files in /opt/zoom/QtQuick/Controls/Styles/Base, there is an images directory but it is empty. Looking at the .rpm installer, the FocusFrameStyle.qml file is in /opt/zoom/Qt/qml/QtQuick/Controls/Styles/Base/FocusFrameStyle.qml I tried removing Zoom and reinstalling but that did not fix the problem or the missing files. Anyone else seeing this?

I have a few clarifying questions that I wasn't able to answer via Zoom's Learning Center and Zoom Support Documents (Hosting multiple meetings simultaneously). According to the support document linked above, "Licensed users on Business, Education, and Enterprise accounts can host up to 2 meetings at the same time. Both meetings need to be started by the original meeting host or by an alternative host." Given that information, consider the following scenario: Math Academy (MA) sets up its classrooms as recurring meetings without a fixed time where the host and participants simply click the zoom link which uses a randomly generated meeting ID. On Tuesday at 4:30PM EST, there are five active classrooms:Assuming each of these meetings are hosted on separate devices by licensed users (specifically an Education License) and each class is its own recurring meeting with a unique meeting ID, can our employees host these meetings on the same day and at the same time with a total of 10 participants per recurring meeting? Some more clarifying information:
