I recently found my browser hijacked, and I ended up ditching my antivirus and malware software and installing Norton 360. The hijacking doesn't exactly seem to be happening anymore, but when I click on a Zoom link the meeting doesn't launch now. Instead, I end up at ww1.us04webzoom.us/?sub1= (etc.) It's labeled as "This website is for sale."

 

This happens in both Chrome and Firefox, but not in Edge. I can join meetings manually in the Zoom app as well, but I'm very concerned about the Chrome/Firefox behavior. I've done extensive Google searching for answers, cleared browser data, turned off extensions, given Zoom permissions in the Norton control panel, but nothing changes.

 

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

"Use an external calendar" checkbox setting no longer sticking

On 2 Windows computers the "Use an external calendar" checkbox setting is no longer sticking after installing the latest update to version 6.0.0(37205). It works when I choose Outlook, but when setting up the next meeting, the checkbox is unselected ... Show more

On 2 Windows computers the "Use an external calendar" checkbox setting is no longer sticking after installing the latest update to version 6.0.0(37205).  It works when I choose Outlook, but when setting up the next meeting, the checkbox is unselected and I have to select it manually each time.

 

Is this a bug in this version, or did the update reset some other setting that I need to set to get my "Use an external calendar" checkbox setting to stick?

Recurring Meetings Excluding Weekends

Virtual Background option

I'm having some difficulty being able to see the option for virtual background on my cell phone. Able to see this option on my laptop. The only thing different that I've done is I changed my cell phone.  Any ideas

I cant stream to my facebook group from zoom. I start a meeting > click on More (...) > Livestream > Live on Facebook. After I get to this page, I continue with my login, then it asks for details such as the meeting name/description and then it asks me where I would like to post to. I click on timeline and it only gives me the option of only me, public, and friends, but not an option for groups.

 

Anyone know why I dont have the group option anymore?

 

I also know that there is a method out there to stream with custom livestreaming but I do not have that option on my zoom client anymore.
