Hello Zoom community,

I am in a pickle.  I have a number of meetings that I have set with "No Fixed Time" in recurrence.

I have set a new meeting today and I cannot find how to make it the recurrence "No Fixed Time"  In the drop down menu it does not have that option.  What am I doing wrong?  -- Thank you!  -- Dennis

So we have a staff meeting, about 50 people are on this meeting. When the meeting is over, 15 or so stay on and have another . Essentially hijacking the staff meeting. Is there a way or maybe a feature request to allow the person to create another meeting which automatically invites all participants left on that last meeting. This would end the previous meeting of course.

The problems arising is AI summary and recordings, etc are capturing their "2nd" meeting.

Thanks,

Shawn

I cannot copy-paste email addresses of Attendees into a Zoom meeting when using the (updated) App.  I have to type everything in.

I can copy-paste multiple email addresses into a Zoom meeting when using the Zoom web-page.  After doing so, it does not ask me if I want them to be invited.

When I have entered a list of Attendees into a meeting using the Zoom Web-Page, they do not appear in the same meeting when using the App.

Can anybody help, please?

Here lately the zoom bombers are constantly raising and lowering their virtual hand, bouncing them all around the user box.  So without the search box, removing the zoom intruders are really challenging.

Anyone else dealt with a search box that is not at the top of the participant list?

We have run across an issue with our meetings.
Ours are setup to needing let in the meeting.

We have had 3 instances this week when the person who set the meeting ended up unavailable at the last minute.
What is the best way to not have to re-setup a new meeting when this happens?
Is it possible to share a common login for regular client meetings?
Trying to avoid the last minute changes.

When I set up a zoom meeting, it seems there are only two security options, and cannot skip either of them.  One is Waiting Room, two is only authenticated users can join (and must sign in).

Is there not a way to skip this and just allow them to join the meeting without the waiting room or signing in?  Both of these options are giving my board of all ages difficulties.  And making stress for all of us.

Pre-assign Breakout Rooms

If I pre-assign breakout rooms and some of my participants don't have a Zoom account, will it send those participants who do have a Zoom account to their breakout rooms?
