Lately I've been trying to download Zoom recordings saved on my computer. I receive a message repeatedly: Failed to convert Recordinf Open Destination Folder Double click to convert 02 zoom and even though I follow the instructions. Nothing opens and I get this message every time. I would like to understand what I should do? I have to be able to open the recording. Thank you

This just happened to me today.  I recorded my meeting to my desktop and then when I went to my desktop it was not converting properly.  I tried to reach someone at Zoom and no help can be found.  The Chatbot sucks.  No customer service.  So frustrating!
