Quick question on Video uploaded to cloud and then played back

When I uploaded my Zoom FB Live to the cloud, I played it back and it kept switching back and forth between my and my guest. Then I uploaded the same video from FB and when I played it back it showed both of us on screen. Why was there a difference? ... Show more

When I uploaded my Zoom FB Live to the cloud, I played it back and it kept switching back and forth between my and my guest. Then I uploaded the same video from FB and when I played it back it showed both of us on screen. Why was there a difference? Is there a setting I forgot to use? I usually don't upload to cloud so never had that happen before. Any thoughts?

I upgraded to "large meetings". Does the change affect meetings created before the upgrade?

Hi, I upgraded to "large meetings". Does the change affect meetings created before the upgrade? I already have a meeting planned that was scheduled before I upgraded. Can someone confirm please that the new participant limit will take effect for this... Show more

Cursor issues

I've noticed the last week or two that when i'm in a zoom meeting that the circle swirls off and on next to my cursor through the meeting. it doesn't do this out of Zoom, only in Zoom. what has happened to make this happen? And how do I fix it. Show more

zoom cloud and dropbox (silly question)

As it has been sometime since i used zoom recording, i am wondering if anyone can clarify. 

1) zoom  use to record to dropbox, has it now moved to its own storage called zoomcloud?

2) if yes, do i need to have a dropbox account to have zoom cloud?  or are they now totally difference entitities?

3) can i cancel my dropbox account since i have the pro version?

Stop Automatic Recording

my meetings are recording as I start the meeting. I have turned off 'Automatic Recording' option in my settings, yet it continues to. Please help in disabling automatic recording

I have been trying for about 2 weeks to do a trial run of live streaming to FB. I continually get the 200 error or permissions error. I have added and deleted the Zoom App several times to our facebook group. 

 

I can live stream to YouTube, but we want to attract people who are hanging out on FB during their lunch hour. 

 

What am I missing that is not letting this happen?

I have tried for 2 weeks to go onto facebook live when I start a meeting.  When I click "Live on facebook"  it goes to Connect To Facebook.  But when you click that box it does nothing but pop up again.  I use to be able to go live all the time. .

I have made sure my boxes are checked correctly.  

Does it support only certain browsers?

I am a paid user

How can I fix this asap?
