No Longer Seeing All Partucupants in a Meeting

About (2) months ago, the Zoom app settings changed. The placement of the functions and what s in 'mre' options changed.  They have since reverted back. 

However, I could not see anyone participating in the meeting with their camera off during that change. This means I can no longer see their 'box' in my gallery view. They are showing in the participation list but no longer in the gallery view. The irony is that the other participants can see them on their end. They can see Jane Doe, the black box, her name, and/or profile picture. 

Is there a setting that I can use to correct this matter?
