Zoom downloaded on my Mac. Where is it?
I downloaded installation twice, to my Mac. Can't find the icon anywhere. Not even sure I downloaded the correct thing - installerFull.pkg The icon isn't in my dock, to open.
Anybody got any ideas?

We have several admins and coordinators who do not host meetings; they schedule meetings on behalf of their executives. It seems fiscally irresponsible to pay for a license just for the privilege of scheduling on behalf of an executive. Aside from the obvious of having to log in and out of an executive account (which goes against all of our policies related to password sharing), is there another way? I can't be the only one in this situation.

I have several gmail accounts and a different Zoom account for 3 of them. Every time I attempt to schedule a meeting, it attempt to populate the same, incorrect account's calendar. How can I set it up so that each Zoom account is synced with the correct calendar for that account?

I need some help. I tried to livestream to Facebook, and today, it wouldn't work. I have been livestreaming to Facebook since 2021. When I clicked on the three dots and chose Livestream to Facebook, it brought me to a page that says Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook LiveLog in with your Facebook account first[Button says] Connect to Facebook I tried to click on the button "Connect to Facebook" and nothing happens, dead end. I am already logged into Facebook. I tried both on Google Chrome and Safari. I also tried on a brand new Mac, same issue. I checked all the parameters here on Zoom and also on Facebook, and I have the app for FB added to the group where I wanted to stream. I checked all the settings and they are all ticked as indicated, I just can't livestream to Facebook. Please help!!

i have recording to cloud enabled. when i am recording the recording is happening in less than 1080. i have enable HD option in the zoom client. still my recording resiolution are less. i have a very good connection. How can i ensure my cloud recording is always 1080p ?

I connected PayPal to my event registration page. That was successful. I tried to Register for the webinar to test the payment, but I don't see the PayPal payment added to the registration page? Any suggestions? Also very frustrating that I can't chat with a live agent!

Hello all. I have started a tutoring company and conduct my sessions via Zoom. I know some of the basics so that I can conduct meetings and share screens. I am looking to develop a website and need to produce video content. I'd like to better understand how I can utilize the whiteboard, using my stylus, make recordings of demonstration videos, etc. Can someone please help? This once was not a problem, but now it is. I see old posts providing the solution, but still the desktop app does not have the option "no fixed time". I have to open it up in my web browser. What's the problem? Why not fix this? If it has been fixed, why don't I have it?

When I join a meeting using the initiator's ID, they cannot see me. I can see them and we can hear each other, but no visual on their end. I have gone through the tests and it says system is working. Thanks for the advice.

Quand je rentre ma nouvelle adresse mail, je reçois un message de zoom qui me dit de cliquer sur le lien qui vient de m'être envoyer sur mon ANCIENNE adresse (celle qui n'existe plus) .
J 'ai donc contacter l'assisatnce comme me le conseille zoom :" Si vous ne pouvez pas accéder à votre ancien e-mail, contactez l’assistance Zoom." et j'ai rempli le formulaire de demande d'aide
Pour réponse j ai reçu ce mail à ma nouevelle adresse.
"Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket.
