I got a message to ypgrade zoom but when i log in to do the upgrade i get the message that i need to be at a higher version to log in. Please advise what to do.
My Zoom Chrome extension stopped working with the latest Zoom update. I have tried reinstalling the extension to no avail. Can someone please assist?
I've been using ZOOM for two years, 2-5 times a week, tutoring a student. Suddenly, ZOOM fails to launch on my PC running Windows10. It's normal on my iPad. I've repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still won't launch. I emptied my CHROME cache of cookies and images for all time--still won't launch. I've opened the <Preferences> file in my USER DATA--there is no <"excluded_schemes"> --so I removed the only <zoommtg> entry that was referring to my zoom sign-on. --STILL NO ZOOM program launch. Now what...?

error massage "Unable to launch video meeting. When possible, please restart your computer and try again"
I've tried to restart computer and checked camera and microphone access but still not working on my laptop.
Camera works but people face and everything in the screen turn blueish.
Anyone is experienceing and how to solve this? Thanks

Question: When I co-host from my iphone or ipad, there is a major limitation on my cohost controls. I can't see what participants are in the breakout rooms and cant move participants (either into breakout rooms, between breakout rooms or back to main session). I can do all of those things from my desktop when I am a cohost. Is this just a limitation of the mobile app? Can it be overcome? Any advice would be appreciated!
