How can I play recorded video?

I recorded a video. I find this one too and it has the ending .zoom. How can I play the video on my MacBook?

Can you please clarify if you are trying to present a recording in your zoom meeting, or if you are trying to play a video someone sent you from Zoom?

Hi,

I have started a zoom meeting and I have recorded the whole meeting. Now I can find a file with the ending ".zoom" under my unser account on my MacBook. But I cannot open it with my normal video viewer.
