I recently joined an organization that has asked me to host a zoom meeting from home using their zoom account.

I can successfully start the meeting from my computer. However, the Meeting ID and Passcode that open with the session are not the ones the organization is using for others to join the meeting.

When I correct the Meeting ID and Passcode, and hit the save button, I get this message - "This Meeting ID is taken. Please choose a different ID". I cannot enter the correct Meeting ID and Passcode, and those trying to join the session cannot do so.

I have tried two personal computers, my iPad, and my iPhone – all with the same results. However, no one else in the organization authorized to host a session does not have this problem and has no idea what the problem is.

Zoom version - 6.0.4 (38135); Win 10 and Win 11 on my computers.

Please help me identify the problem and correct it.

Getting Unknown Error code: 124

I am trying to integrate flutter sdk, where android and ios need to be integrated separately. During the process, I completed everything and it is trying to connect with zoom meeting, even bypassing the registration, and now it is giving error code 124. Please suggest the ways to get over this.

1. It is possible for the presenter's voice to be heard simultaneously in all the breakout rooms? 
2. if a participant needs help - is there a button to call the organiser/host for help?
3. is it possible to record each breakout rooms?
4. Can participants in all breakout rooms see the presenter's screen/slides at the same time?
5. if there are 120 participants, how much will it cost?

Lost Recording

Signed into my account from a borrowed computer. Recorded the meeting locally. I assumed this would show up in the Zoom folder of the computer associated with my account as it has in the past, but it did not. It also is not on the borrowed computer. ... Show more

Signed into my account from a borrowed computer. Recorded the meeting locally. I assumed this would show up in the Zoom folder of the computer associated with my account as it has in the past, but it did not. It also is not on the borrowed computer. Any hope of retrieving?

Share sound not working

I usually use 'share sound' with no issues. I share Youtube mainly but now the sound is not working. It just cuts out when I share sound. I use an apple mac. Any ideas will be welcome.

I recently attended a Zoom call hosted by someone else. I joined as a guest, and didn't have my own Zoom account at the time/wasn't logged in.

 

I requested permission to record the call, which the host granted, and the recording icon was present throughout the call.

 

After the call ended, the host does not recall seeing the video converting message, and cannot find the recording locally/in the cloud. Likewise, I cannot find the recording locally, and as I say, wasn't logged in/didn't even have an account at that time.

What has become of the recording, and how can we access it?

When I enter in the app Zoom Meetings, I can't go to the profile or the initial page because it requests an update, a 5.15.5 or higher version, but the Zoom website show me Zoom Workplace version 6.0, but when I download and try to enter , the same version appears and the same thing happens (the update request). What do I do? I need to record my classes.
