Hello, does anybody know why the remote control doesn't work on Ubuntu and also the blur background?

Hello there!I am using zoom on Ubuntu few days ago and since that, when I share my screen to give the remote control, it is not possible to do it, the options appear but not in bold letters, they are just decoration, it's not possible to click on it....
